But actually this was my first attempt of drawing Lux. I love to think that he actually has his on pentagram. Or hexagram, to be more correct. Why hexagram? Because it reminds me of the sun and light.

We have a tradition among the classmates to draw something during our theory lessons in the institute. The last one was about drawing villains.

At least, I checked out the new pencils. They are great.

Bonus sketch: the first interaction of Lux and mr. Ring-A-Ding. My headcanons about it: I think that mr. Ring-A-Ding wouldn't mind the presence of God of the Light in their latest interactions, but at first he might feel... confused. I mean... His body was used for God's fun. What. O-O

And Lux will be ENAMORED, ENCHANTED and in the other way... He will ADORE mr. Ring-A-Ding. Just imagine. He is a God. With nothing more to do. Humans are silly and don't understand the true power of the light. And suddenly Lux saw a cartoon. Maybe his first cartoon in his eternal life. He saw the pictures MOVING. Of course he will be drawn to mr. Ring-A-Ding, like a moth to a lamp. Because he will be fascinated by this embodiment of light, even if it is drawn and transmitted through a screen. Mr. Ring-A-Ding may not understand it right away, but in time... who knows.

To keep my tumblr from being empty, I decided to join the October drawing challenge. However, while looking through the challenges for 2024 that interested me, I realized that I didn't like any of the suggested ones.

Besides, I need to start working on a comic and tell about the universe somehow while I'm studying... So I made my own challenge-tober. Bandoritober. Enjoy it.

I disappeared for the whole summer... It's awful.

Actually, I disappeared for so long because I was preparing for exams. Now I got in the university. I will draw cartoons, hehe.

And yet, I promised a long time ago that there will be something interesting.

ANNOUNCEMENT!

I will be working on a comic about the crossover. The idea for it has been worked out for two years, and I can no longer hold it back. This is a crossover with BanG! Dream: Girls Band Party and, despite the fact that the idea has many crossover combinations (and which ones, I will not say yet), I will tell within the framework of the crossover universe I formed about the first crossover, which I came up with before all the others: RAISE A SUILEN × Pizza Tower × Sugary Spire. The latter, although it is an AU, but it was necessary for the narrative. The comic will be posted in two pages as it is ready.

And... I thought for a long time about how other people would react to this, because usually such crossovers have dubious implementation, and they might think the same about my comic book project. But then I decided that I was tired of being afraid of other people's judgment. I've been carrying the idea around for too long, and my heart wants to make it happen. And I will make it happen, no matter how painful and hard it is.

The main hashtag will be #bandori au because it is based on the plot of bandori and not any other universe.

What to expect from the plot? The story of RAS, told by other characters from a new angle. What characters will there be? You'll see. Will there be crossover arts with other AUs from other artists? I don't know, we'll see.

... The beginning of the creation of these characters reminds me of some kind of joke.

We had a series of exam preparations, and during the biology exam I started drawing beetles. So gradually I came up with Bug, and then Boog. And every time we were given draft papers, I started drawing little comics. And it was starting like this.

Boog's uneven lines and Bug's smooth lines were made specifically to show the difference between them. So... Let's meet them, shall we?

Boog. Oh, he's my favorite, to be honest... He was a teenager from a small town. Boog is extremely closed. He doesn't get enough sleep and he doesn't maintain friendly relations with anyone. He was bullied at school because of this, and Boog decided to run away into the forest. There he met Bug and their family, where Bug made a beetle mask for their new friend. Now Boog always wears a mask because his face reminds him of his past.

Bug. They are a big-belly beetle. They are very naive and cannot understand the world as deeply as Boog sees it. But they know that happiness lies in the little things, and Bug are trying to show this to Boog.

What is the relationship between Bug and Bug? They are close friends. Of course, sometimes they give each other hugs and kisses, but they don't need romance, they are comfortable being just friends.

I'm worried that I won't be able to draw anything normal for the next two months because of exams. I haven't shown any signs of life on Tumblr, and now there's this... So I wanted to ask you if you would like to see little comics featuring these characters...
