Hey! Is one piece your favorite manga? If so why? (Its my favorite too for a variety of reasons!)
Hey there :DYes One Piece is definitely my favorite manga. Though I should probably point out that I don’t read that many mangas and I am only really devoted to Naruto and One Piece hehe ^-^
It’s all because of Oda-sensei’s ingenious and pretty flawless writing. The characters, places and storylines he creates are just sooo awesome O.o He never ceases to amaze me.I love how much depth and complexity he gives his characters. I love that there is this “balance” so to say, between intriguing storylines, exciting fights, comedy and heartwrenching, emotional scenes… I love that he always gets back to things or characters that were previously hinted at. It is like one big puzzle and he slowly fits the pieces together. I admire that so much, I can’t even put it into words…I would say that the main themes in One Piece are friendship (or bonds in general), freedom, tolerance and the … world. And I love that, too. It really gets you thinking…I could just praise One Piece all day long. The only thing I don’t like is the huge plothole he left in Sabo’s wake - I am still patiently waiting for that explanation heh
I agree with you on EVERY level, and the only thing i dont like about one piece is sabo in general, hes so cool but can you name a character who is: The second division commander of a large feared group Luffys older brother Has the fire logia Has medium length hair Is a total badass Etc
It fits two people perfectly and i feel it was a bit of a cheap trick to throw him in, i wouldnt feel this way at ALL if he didnt have that one devil fruit though.
Either way everything elae is absolutely incredible
