Sunny stared at the pale figure who had just slain both of his inner demons, after they turned the light OFF by smashing that dark-bulb that kept the truth away from him, Omori and Something had faded to nothing, now the man himself was the only light source.
Sunny stuttering said "Tha-thank y-you m-m-Mr. th-The ba-Batter."
The man turned his head at the boy and said, "You should leave from this zone, there is nothing left for you here."
Sunny once again muttered with a stutter "I-I can't see, and-d... I’m… scared of the dark…"
The man put a hand on the boy's shoulder. "From now on, there will be no more darkness."
As Sunny and The Batter walked forward Sunny found a new door, one that looked golden, Sunny a third time spoke to his savior "H-hey m-mister The Batter" and The batter once again replied "Yes Sir?" as he opened the door for Sunny, revealing a bright yet painless light.
"C-could I Call y-you dad?" Sunny begged with his eyes,
"No" The Batter said, taking off his hat and putting it on Sunny's head "You may call yourself Sunny" he said as he gently yet firmly pushed Sunny through the door.
When Sunny awoke he felt like a new person, a sense of hope and responsibility filled his soul as for once in a long long time, he looked forward to the day ahead of him.
