Aw shit! Here we go again! New year, new quests!

1. DRAW! I want to draw more so bad!

2. WRITE! I have SO MANY prompts that I want to write y’all- I’m dying!

3. Keep reading! I’m having a blast listening to my audio books at work and reading fanfic before bed. I hope to finish Sun Eater this year and find more sci fi series!

4. Participate in Phandom events- at least 1

5. Keep making friends and being social in the Phandom

I have more plans for this year but I’m going to take things one day at a time, after the shit show that was 2025 I think we all deserve to take it easy

New year, New quests!

I did one last year so I’ll do one this year!

Keep drawing. I haven’t drawn much since moving and I need to change that

Get back into writing. I’ve really only been working on wips I started ages ago and have done nothing new. I want to keep working on Hunted and its prequel! And I want to start a new project! I have so many just rotting in my brain.

Read more! Really dropped the ball on reading last year, I want to fix that. I have so many books to get through!

Play less video games. They’re my go-to for comfort but I the amount I’ve been playing isn’t healthy. The release of Monster Hunter Wilds and the Ragnarok map in Ark will be the exceptions to this

Keep making friends and being social in the fandom. Especially the social part! I’m in like 3 big DP servers and 3 ship servers! And I’m only active in one and it’s the one I made!

There’s others but these are the big 5 for me. Again, these are my side quests I can choose to ignore because the main quest will always be Be Kind And Survive.

Welp- it’s time for last year’s review!

1. If anything I’ve drawn less this year sadly. A lot of that has to do with how much I’ve been working and trying to recover from working. And getting into a long distance relationship didn’t help either.

2. Same with writing- I’ve hardly done any.

3. However I have read (well listened mostly) A LOT more! I’ve listened to 14 books this year- 6 of which were the Red Rising series and the beginning of my love for hard sci fi books! And recently I’ve been reading more fanfic as like bedtime stories lol

4. Yeah my time playing video games has remained about the same. This is how my partner and I spend time together so uh not much to be done about that.

5. Thanks to working so much I’ve had little energy to be active in other servers. I have however reconnected with friends and through them made more friends. I’ve even got the old friend group back together (mostly) so I’ll count that as a success!

Overall this year has been a lot- and I know I’m not the only one who was just trying to get by (if you’re American, you know). Not to mention corporate wanted to change up nearly the entire fucking store! So if I wasn’t setting entirely new sections I was moving them or setting up seasonal. And then Christmas peak happened. All the while we were getting a new manager, so our assistant manager took over for a while, then once we got the new manager my lead quit so the assistant manager became my lead and we got a new assistant and it’s just a mess at the store. I’m so fucking tired, man.

I want to write a huge post about Donna's abilities and the specifics of her fighting techniques (because they differ due to her physical features, and it's not just her hand), but I don't know if anyone will be interested in it uhhhhh

New blorbo brainrot alert! Cyrus, the son of Dan Phantom and Scylla Plasmius. He’s often referred to as the Revenant, Son of Satan, or just Demon Spawn. But he’s really just one big, spikey feral cat- has ZERO social skills. I love him

Went ahead and sketched a human form for the blorbo- I was going for scruffy looking Danny after boot camp for the Marines

He takes after his dad in build- his mom in his fuck around and find out personality

Hi key wanna write a Cheesemelt fic where Dani encounters Tiamat in the GZ and is adopted by the Dragon Queen only for Vlad to later come looking for her to apologize and try to fix things between them. Cue a custody battle between Vlad and a dragon for Dani while Dani secretly tries to get her “parents” to fall in love so she can have them both.

I FINALLY get properly medicated but work just HAS to pick up and consume all my time, leaving me too exhausted to do anything! Please! Just let me draw and write fanfiction!

The Dragon Queen, Tiamat

She is where the dragon amulets originate from, giving them the name The Eyes of Tiamat. There are 4 in total (Blue, Black, Green and White), her core becoming a fifth (Red, it turns that color when entering a dormant state) should she be defeated.

The eyes were made when Tiamat was nearly destroyed by Pariah Dark, each coming from an extra head she had gained when devouring Pariah’s generals. Pariah tore each extra head off and nearly tore out her core before the seven Ancients took the opportunity to strike and seal him away.

Tiamat entered hibernation to recover while her severed heads were turned into the amulets. Two were given to Pariah’s nephew and niece, Aragon and Dorathea (Black and Blue respectively). The other two were locked away with Tiamat. The White eventually ends up belonging to Vlad while Danny gets the Green amulet.

I love my hot mommy dragon!
