Lord please help us. I have no idea how we’re going to recover and it scares me more than anything.

Can’t tell if I’m here for my self or my kids honestly. I feel like a dead battery every day. Quick to anger but every other emotion seems dull or dead. I’m not me. I’m very much a shell of who I was. Is it PPD or something else?. I have no clue. I feel like I’m drowning and there’s no hand that wants to pull me up. Or maybe he’s just drowning next to me…

It sucks i don’t want to feel stupid but I do. Is deflating cause of I can’t pass a test how still I be trying to get my masters… that’s a pipe dream now. But maybe I’m over exaggerating.. idk anymore

And traveling is more stress cause it can end so suddenly… sigh… and all of this extra worry and stress because I was too dumb to pass a test.

I haven’t failed something in a while. Thinking about the things that I had going on seems like an excuse for being dumb, twice at that. And now I might have to leave my job. Not particularly fond of the place but it’s stable and I needed that.

Motherhood makes you feel so immensely happy and so inadequate at the same time. Specifically I feel like I’m struggling just to perform daily tasks. It feels like I traded brain power for child rearing
