Yuugi and Kaiba both have very sympathetic positions in DSOD. I feel like yuugi is often presented as the reasonable sensible one while Kaiba's off the chain, but sometimes when you think about how it played out...

Yuugi who got to say goodbye to his best friend: Kaiba he's gone and you have to accept it

Kaiba who is an orphan abandoned by his relatives and then his stepfather killed himself in front of him and he's never had any closure for any of it and he was angry about it all the time BEFORE this and now his only friend is dead after promising him they'd play card games again and he wasn't even invited to the funeral: no!!!

...Yuugi's advice is perfect for someone else.
