6am : 'Another day... Another day of Alex you can do it... Little bit lighter than usual today on kettlebells after 3 days strike on the row. My muscles are sore. The legs are thighs. Arms a little bulky. But feeling great, gettin stronger every day. I can do it. I can reach my goals with no problems. Just keep doing it. It's hard, every minute, it's hard but it's worth it. Because I know exactly what I want and what I could do. You are failing only when you're stop trying. So many inspirational people around. They push me to do better. You can do better. You can do it. Don't compare yourself with anybody else. Ups and downs are normal, but just do not stop!
