“An ancient philosopher once said that the bee makes his honey from the pollen of the flower, while from the same source the spider makes his poison, and the problem that confronts us is, are we bees or spiders? Do the experiences of life become honey or do we change them into poison?”
— Manly P Hall
“Perhaps consciousness is not a single, generalized process. Rather, consciousness may be an emergent property, arising out of hundreds or thousands of specialized systems–that is, modules *(Gazzaniga, 2011). These specialized neural circuits enable the processing and mental representation of specific aspects of conscious experience. Many of these modules may be connected to some of the other modules, but not to most of them. And these components compete for attention. For instance, the neural circuits responsible for the itch on your back, the memory of Friday night’s date, the rumblings of your stomach, the feeling of the sun on your cheek, and the paper that you are working on are fighting for attention. From moment to moment, different modules win the competition, and its neural representation is what you are conscious of in that moment.”

“You exist in time, but you belong to eternity. You are a penetration of eternity into the world of time. You are deathless, living in a body of death. Your consciousness knows no death, no birth. It is only your body that is born and dies. But you are not aware of your consciousness. You are not conscious of your consciousness. And that is the whole art of meditation; becoming conscious of consciousness itself.”
— Osho
To know reality you must first understand the nature of Consciousness.
Consciousness is that which experiences itself in all ways imagined through form manifestation.
Consciousness is the only thing that can fundamentally exist and be experienced. All experiences that anyone has can only be experienced within one’s own Consciousness.
Consciousness can only experience itself through the process of self-reflection, you cannot experience anything outside of your Consciousness.
You cannot have an experience of anything other than YOU (as Consciousness). The external world is merely a created projection; reflected focal points of consciousness created and imposed from your internal (subjective) reality.
Everything you see and experience are nothing but mirrors of yourself that simply reflect back to you, in order to give you a subject/object experience (relationships).

“Our world is only one in a cluster of consecutive worlds, arranged like the layers of an onion. Even though we have been energetically conditioned to perceive solely our world, we still have the capability of entering into those other realms, which are as real, unique, absolute, and engulfing as our own world is.”

Carlos Castaneda
“Some people aren’t loyal to you, they are loyal to their need of you. Once their needs change, so does their loyalty.”

“Everything looks different in different moods. If we understand this principle, our compassion for ourselves and others increases dramatically.“

“Love is seeing that universal oneness is the foundational reality underlying all things. You cannot truly love another that you believe is separate from you.” -Anon I mus (Spiritually Anonymous)
Everything that exists in the universe are temporary mental constructs arising out of universal consciousness. Wherever you go, you will only encounter more of your infinite nature. Whatever you do to another, you are literally doing to yourself for the underlying base reality is unbroken wholeness.
You are defined by your relationships with ‘others’. Everyone is a holographic reflection/aspect of YOU (like an infinite hall of mirrors). Each individual in your awareness is another unique version of yourself ‘appearing’ in a different form, yet at the deepest level it is all made up of the same non-localized field.

In the right spaces, you will be heard without shouting. You will be seen without showing your wounds. You will be understood without changing who you are.
You can be yourself without any need to alter your identity.
Love is not primarily a relationship to a specific person; it is an attitude, an orientation of character which determines the relatedness of a person to the world as a whole, not toward one “object” of love. If a person loves only one other person and is indifferent to the rest of his fellow men, his love is not love but a symbiotic attachment, or an enlarged egotism. Yet, most people believe that love is constituted by the object, not by the faculty.
