Oh yeah, totally. And you know, it’s just another way for money to be made off of these ideals. I think technology has helped in harming the way people look at and perceive themselves, and it’s really quite sad.

It’s quite frustrating, and heartbreaking that no one questions it- that it’s ‘normal’ to treat people differently because of their size or if they are aesthetically ‘beautiful’. I’d just really love to see our generation reclaim their body’s and say no- I’m beautiful and I don’t need society to tell me so.

I don’t, actually, but the situation you were in was not fine, and that guy was giving me the serious creeps. I just don’t get why you don’t respect yourself more.

He easily followed along with Kalisha, his smile widening as she hummed the music and tried his best to match a harmony with her humming. She was unable to suppress her own smile. It was so nice to just, enjoy making music without it being work, or full of pressure. “Oh alright, I did.” She conceded, shaking her head slowly at his confidence. “Don’t go getting a big head about it though.” She pointed a teasing finger at him, before laughing quietly. “You’ve got some skills. Just guitar or do you do more?”
