Kal nodded with a smile. "His entire pack." In fact he made the effort to avoid them.

"Hm, Derek." He had not spoken to the alpha. He should probably do it very soon. "Anybody else?"
Kal nodded with a smile. "His entire pack." In fact he made the effort to avoid them.
"Ah, so I attract most of the hatred, leaving you to have an easier time to find peace." Deucalion chuckled, but he did agree that leaving town helped both of them.
Kal chuckled at that. "You are not a lighting rod Deucalion. The leave just benefitted me more than you." Kal said, "But there will people who will hate me more than they hate you."
"No, my goal is to live in peace. If I can prove them wrong on the way, I'll just take that as a gift." Deucalion shrugged. "What about you?"
"About me?" Kal took a deep breath. "I believe leaving town has kept me away from many people's radars. I don't think enough people care about me or my business."
"You wouldn't be wrong." Deucalion said with a chuckled. "Scott would. The others...not so much."
"Is that your goal now? To prove them wrong?" He asked him.
Castor was confused until he took the card and turned it over. The number was right there in pen. "Oh...You could have...well thank you." He suddenly felt warm and shy. "Thanks again."
"Yes." He said with a smile. "Not a problem. Thank you for your business. Hope o see you soon."
"Why would I seek for something that would risk this boring peace?" Deucalion chuckled. He grabbed another biscuit. "What would you do if you were me?"
"That feels like a trick question. Maybe it would be easier if you said that it would guaranteed your death." He shrugged. "They let you go. Would they do it again?"
Castor bit his bottom lip. Yeah, he was going to be bold. He was going to shoot his shot. "How about your number?"
Kal lightly laughed. He was not making fun of him. He was actually quite happy, even more so once he decided to reveal something in the arrangement for his parents. He pulled out a card and showed him a number written in pen. "There you go."
Dev Patel as Kid MONKEY MAN
Castor's smile could not get any bigger. "Thank you..." He told him as he held the arrangement close to him. "Can I ask what does a single rose means?"
"That one you can look up." He winked before going to process the charge. "Anything else?"
"That's the punishment I get. I didn't get my revenge and now I live with the consequences of my actions." Deucalion shrugged. It was a reward and a punishment. He did expect more fork and torches however.
"Do you...still wish for that revenge?" He asked. The old man was still alive. He had no proof, but he knew that family would not get rid of one of their own.
Castor laughed at that. He really liked this guy, but he still had Argent in the back of his mind "In that regard then I should give a warning to my father that you might be taking his wife."
Kal laughed at that. He returned with his own arrangement finished. However, he took one rose out and put it on the other. "That's so you take it with you. Just something to remember me by." And he was going to keep the meaning of that one to himself.
"My mother is a tax accountant. She knows all of about these kind of things." Castor told him. "I could...tell her about you...and another excuse to talk about flowers."
Oh this guy was really charming. "That would be lovely and I would appreciate it." His smile was growing. "The tax advice, not the flowers by the way." He laughed.
"We did and perhaps we would have functioned better, cause less harm. However, that's not what we did and we have to live with that." Deucalion told him.
"We do." Kal agreed before taking a sip. "So what are your next steps? Are you just going to try to live a peaceful life?"
"Shouldn't you be happy? We caused a lot of damage, even to ourselves, by being together." Deucalion took a bite and leaned back. "We were more bad than good."
"But we had our moments of proper unity, proper pack bond." Kal said. "Perhaps we could have focus on that. Don't you think?" he werewolf asked.
"Oh..." Castor silence was because he was surprise by that statement, but even more it was about how impressed he was with his skills. "Then make it a non-profit. It would suck if arrangements like this go away. My parents will love this."
Kal actually didn't think of that. To be honest, he was not well-verse with business and all the rules. He depended on someone else for that. "I'm happy that you think so...but do you think can do hat?"
"I am. For the first time in a while, I am." Deucalion told him. "What about you? Are you really doing well?" He took a napkin and used it to get a biscuit.
"I am, have been for a while, but dong so much more now that I'm here with all of you." Kal said, "It is too bad we can't all be in the same pack anymore."
"It is? Wouldn't then me becoming an investor help you?" He asked him. Yes he was the only client right now, but he didn't think he would be doing bad.
"It would if I was doing this for profit." Kal said a he had the first arrange done, the one for his parents. Now he had to work on his own roses. "What I earn is enough to pay most expenses for the most part."
