If you are looking for a complete glossary of the series, the Sorciera Fan Club Atelier maintains one here as part of its term base efforts.

Per-part sheets will be filled out in the course of translation. The master sheet reflects the story as of the latest chapters, and since Kamaseyaku runs 500+ chapters and counting, there is a lot in there. (For those perusers of the story beyond where the Atelier is up to, you may find it useful as a clarifier for lore or consistently recurring terminology.)

Respectively: Yes, yes, and a full answer would be too long for this post but a two-word summary is "even better". The main arc is complete, side stories are ongoing at such an identical pace it's like it never ended, and the author has explicitly stated they don't plan on relenting until they've gotten at every last scrap of marrow.

(Atelier management has contemplated putting out a translation of the Kuramu epilogue in parallel to the main translation, though whether it would make much coherent sense yet is doubtful considering it takes place two months after the main story. Then again, it is only 21 chapters and features some personal favourite characters, one of whom the main translation isn't likely to get to for at least three years...)

Hi, is there a Discord server for fans of the webnovel? I'd like to join it if there is.

While the Sorciera Fan Club Atelier has considered setting one up before, the main qualm would be the necessitation of a moderation presence; this runs counter to where the Atelier management's efforts are best focused (i.e. translation of the work itself). Nevertheless, it has been considered.
