I am reading an amazing fanfic about Harry Potter in which Cedric survives and starts to be part of Harry's journey and life. It is such a soft, tender and beautiful story. I feel a mixture of romantic sensations from Pride and Prejudice (2005) and all the magical universe from Harry Potter's movies and books. I am so thankful for @cedricsboyfriend, because this fanfiction brings me hope and warmth in this terrible moment of quarantine. Thank you so much <3

my son is back at home and doing as best as can be expected. his poor face is swollen and he’s in a lot of pain because he’s essentially one big bruise. but he’s alive and i can look at him and talk to him and we’re so thankful.

thank you for all of your messages wishing him well. it really does mean a lot to us.

ughhh okay, so here’s the deal.

initially the ambulance had taken my son to one hospital but then they transferred him to a children’s hospital because they have a better trauma center, and there was only room in the ambulance for one parent. we don’t have a car, so we had to uber to get to the hospitals which drained what little bit of money we did have, and now we don’t have funds to eat this week until i get paid again.

SO. i’m coming to the internet with my hand out. i hate doing this but i don’t have another option here. if you’re feeling inclined and generous and would be able to throw a few bucks our way, we would be grateful.
