My first spell jar of the year!

I had a really Bad™ week last week, so this jar is to ensure this week will be a Good and Productive week by giving me a kick in the ass.

Contains: Chilli flakes for power Coffee for motivation Black pepper to banish negativity Salt to purify any ill thoughts Sugar to sweeten hard moments Rice to absorb any nonsense A few drops of my favourite perfume to freshen my mind

I charged it in moonlight last night, and I shook it up to combine the ingredients, and when I feel my energy and motivation waning I give it another shake up to activate it.

To me, being a witch is:

Making rose salt on my bedroom floor at ten o’clock

Rewriting my grimoires index nine million times because I’m an indecisive perfectionist

Buying way to many things that I want but don’t actually need

Cleansing my tools weekly

Researching my craft but also not researching because I’m a human that lives to procrastinate

Eating lavender macaroons and thinking to myself “witchcraft”

Wanting a garden but working full time and living in an apartment that’s not mine

Staying up too late because I’m hanging out with the moon

Thinking of all the witchy things I did before I knew they were witchy

Reading tarot at work while on lunch

Being in the broom closet but being happy that way

Sleeping with my pendulum under my pillow

Watching Labyrinth and Kiki’s Delivery Service when I need any energy boost

Making my nightstand my secret altar

Collecting my little crystals and keeping them in what I lovingly call my bags of rocks

Being apart of a community

Bringing my own style to that community

Update! Stopped at a local store, and bought a black silicone ring. Its not as shiny but its lighter and less bulky. But I’m happy with both rings! I’m finally able to express myself without having to come completely out of the closet.
