Aoi also uses only katakana here (a reference to Reita’s last tweets) but he chose to type in smaller characters, so I’m not sure if he wanted to make it look like he’s yelling or just emphasize the change from ABYSS to LUCY that Reita has been showing, especially in his tweet yesterday, see here.
