I’m getting an orchiectomy because you can’t take anti-androgens forever and because I have bad dysphoria about my testicles (totally fine with my penis tho). Also Erections are still possible after surgery. They will be less frequent and firm but I’m fine with that. I’m actually looking forward to my penis getting even smaller.
