138lbs sitting down 21.6 BMI 25% Body Fat (according to USNavy formula lol my scale is not accurate apparently saying ) this is my first time ever posting something like this but i’ve been going to the gym for the past 2 weeks and obvi feeling myself right now. trying to run 1.5 miles in under 15 minutes just for fun. been doing 30 mins of stairs after walking .5 running the rest nonstop as much as i can. haven’t dabbled into weight lifting too much yet. nowhere near where i want to be. i want to be strong. i want to look at myself and be proud of what i see. i’ll continue sharing my progress as motivation for myself & accountability. when my hip dips improve i’ll post a standing before & after. thank you to @jazymoto for giving the confidence to share this!
