Am I the only one, after two completely unnecessary cliffhangers, that thinks all of the ‘save’ drama this week (especially Michael saying nobody should have to be saved) that the next episode is going to start with Tim saying, “I just couldn’t sleep thinking about Michael leaving, so I’m bringing him back with my save.”

I personally think Tim is going to save it for the final four so that they show four collections for fashion week, which is what he usually does, but I could be wrong.

Sooo hey, when they added matt in to the story line and  made him crush on allura the way he did, and Allura blushed at him holy shit, it made me wonder, Lance was in the background with that face, that “Bitch get outta here” face towards Matt, and i think, They are gonna give Lance a romantic interest, someone that “He needed rather than what he wanted” and i mean??? Why would they stick to Allurance when you put Matt holt already there?? she fucking blushed, and?? Klance is still a possibility, always has been, and the possibility of making Mallura canon??? You heard Kimberly saying how she wanted for Allura to have someone who was interested in her romantically, and since they said before season 3 that allura wasn´t lion material yet i´m leaving here wandering if the endgame ships will be Klance, Mallura and Hunay and relationships like Allurance and Sheith will be brotherly rather than romantic

I'm not opposed to any of these ships but I interpreted Allura's blush as being in Matt's head because we didn't see her blush until she was surrounded by the pink flower background/frame, which I interpreted as representing Matt's idealization/wearing rose colored glasses. I think, like Lance, he thinks he's smoother than he actually is. Doesn't mean Matt/Allura won't happen but I don't think it was quite crush/attraction at first sight for Allura like it was for Matt. Good point thought in that Lance was hinted to end up with someone he wouldn't have expected and he's had a crush on Allura from the beginning so it wouldn't make as much sense for it to be her.

So here’s the thing…

If they were just tagging the vlog as klance for views why didn’t they tag it with every other Keith ship???

Klance is the most popular. Plus if they tagged it sheith that could lead to this whole big argument with the anti shaladdins so they probably wanted to avoid that. I'm not denying that klance will become cannon, but this specific instance was really more queerbaiting and trying to get high views than anything. Also if they tagged a bunch of Keith ships it wouldn't have created this hype that the tagging has created because we wouldn't have thought anything of it. I'm not losing hope, but I'm not going to read anything into this event.

can someone explain to me something about levana? because i’m confused.

okay, so we know at some point she tweaked her glamour a little to try to appear MORE astounding that solstice. and so obviously she looks a bit different that solstice would’ve or whatever.

but what i don’t get is how her glamour in the main series seems like it’s COMPLETELY different from the one in fairest, which is weird, because the only mentions of it changing at all are the above.

and i say this because in both cinder and scarlet they talk about her super pale skin. but we know solstice looked indian. 

so what tf gives?

I think Levana’s look during the series is explained away as an “airbrushed” version of Solstice (which usually means lighter :////)

Melissa Meyer said (in some random tweet or blog post) that the skin colour change was a continuity error. She wrote Fairest after Cinder and Scarlet, wherein Levana was described as pale in the latter two but dark in Fairest.

so … I may have read too much into this (because I thought Levana had a darker skintone and felt super conscious of it - based on how she describes her mother’s pale skin? I thought she she internalized the whole “light skin is ideal thing”. hence when she ‘modified’ Solstice’s features she made them ‘lighter’ so they were ‘better’)

Hmmm, it is a possibility, but I don’t believe Meyer thought it through to that extent. However, Levana did end up as pale by the end of Fairest, as she did lighten up Solstice’s skin tone at some point (I think it was a party scene prior to Evert’s death and Cinder’s birth) when she also plumped up her lips and reddened them. So in the end, it all technically resolved itself. Levana is naturally dark, then used a glamour based off a dead Indian woman, whitewashed that to a mother-of-pearl coloring (I believe Kai described Levana’s skin as that in Cinder).

Oh that makes sense. I just assumed she changed her appearance when Evert died to move on.

Klance is the literal personification of the teachers AU trope where one (Keith) is the strict grumpy teacher that students are lowkey terrified of while the other (Lance) is the cheerful and passionate one that’s friends with everyone and has the mental age of his students so everyone thinks they’re the coolest. Then one day they see the two having lunch together in the teacher’s room and hOLY SHIT! Mr. Kogane is actually??? Smiling?? At Mr. McClain??? nOW HE’S LAUGHING?

That’s it the whole school ships them.

Re-watching season 2 of Smash and it’s legit incredible that the same minds that dreamed up the glorious musical numbers of Bombshell made the legit crap that is Hit List????!?!?!?!? HOW?!?
