Thunderstorm clouds are those dark and scary ones that bring lightning and rain. They are usually high-level clouds that form when cold air sinks and warms. Some common types of thunderstorm clouds are cumulonimbus, nimbostratus, and altostratus.

So how do these two kinds of clouds interact? Well, sometimes warm clouds can get pushed up by thunderstorm clouds, creating a mix of both. This can result in some spectacular sights, such as mammatus clouds or iridescent clouds. These are rare and beautiful phenomena that you don't want to miss!
