Ok this is like a bunch of questions about Galateas anatomy and abilities
Is it like physically possible for Galatea and Penelope to kiss? Iām thinking about this cause of that one comic you made a few months back. Like Iām genuinely curious and have does Galateas mouth/portal work in general,
do her tentacles have suckers, can they move off of her or are the fused all around her body? Do they stretch and squish at will or do they stay the same length and she can just use them like extra arms?
Are the eyes around her body pseudo eyes (ie theyāre blind or motionless) or does she have something a kin to 360 vision?
How is it that she can control and alter the taste of her blood or is it naturally sweet? How do the parasites work in the water ending
How is it that she can shoot lasers (?) out of her mouth hole portal thing, does she have teeth? Or a beak? Iām very hung up on this sorry
I think thatās it, Iām making a fic thatās gonna be more of a toxic dynamic compared to others and I wanna try and understand Galateaās abilities better ^^
I've only loosely established some of what she can do, since most of it is explained away by 'she's literally an eldritch being, what does it matter?' but I did have some actual logic in mind while making her lol.
Probably not possible for them to kiss in the regular sense. Her mouth is just some ambiguously magical portal that technically also leads to a stomach, but she does have appendages that "live" in there. She's got two pincers that function like teeth, and any number of goop tentacle arms she can make. Literally everything in there is retractable.
They don't have suckers, and she can move them around at will like limbs, including stretching and squishing. She does actually use her eyes to see, but she likely has some weird sense of space like certain blind or eyeless animals do, even without the eyes. She would be some level of impaired without them.
The way I always saw her abilities is basically just god mode powers, but limited to only atoms that make up her body. Like, she can do straight up whatever she wants with any atom that's a part of her. It may not be easy, and it may be strenuous, but I'd wager it's fully possible. Her blood is made up of her atoms, so she can do whatever she wants with it. She altered the taste of it to be sweet, but since she's looking at Penelope like food, she purposefully put parasite eggs in the water to see if she would eat it on her own without realizing. Once she realized she drank it, she just triggered them to spontaneously grow and hatch. Now she's got a quick meal instead of playing the long game lol.
She doesn't have a beak or teeth, the lazer thing is just more atom manipulation. She converts the particles that make up her mouth/saliva into light and 'shoots 'spits' it out. Or something to that effect, I'm no scientist lol.
