It feels so discouraging to post my art anywhere and it makes me sad. I've posted my art online for years now... and so much of that experience has shaped my art today, such as:

Getting inspiration from other artists

Feeling encouragement from people leaving comments on my art

Participating in challenges which made me discover new ways of making art

Overall just the community aspect was enough for me to feel like I was part of something bigger. Now with "AI" in the mix... I don't know anymore.

What started as a few grifters has growing into large companies like Ad*be legitimizing this trend... sad stuff
