The Akiba Taku Rizz Theory
Okay…I know what you’re thinking…”what the hell is this title and why did you use the word ‘rizz’, and why does Akiba Taku have rizz? We haven’t even met him yet.”
Well to answer that…Apparently according to twitter during a Stage VC event in the Tetrocord server. The staff were sharing their fav ships with the Tetro cast on who they ship said character with.
Some examples of this were like Isono with Sasaki, Hiroaki with Ojima/Yanagi/Harada, Watari all of the girls, Yanagi loneliness for Pink.
For Blue there were some neat pairings that might hint at some character dynamics we’ll see or maybe even what ships might have legs. But the most interesting part is for the blue side is for Akiba. That being “Akiba: Everyone”.
And even some pairings include him like “Hirose: Akiba/Ninomiya, Tsukigata: Akiba, Shishikura: Akiba/Tei, and Isoda: Ninomiya/Maekawa/Akiba“.
This implies that unless these VAs are just creative like us in creating potential dynamics if said characters interacted more, that Akiba will have at least interact with the entire cast to be this shippable.
Oh yeah speaking of shipping, awhile back Von did mention one of the Tetro Blue characters was the most shippable out of the cast. To which I think that with this stage, its hinting that Akiba is the most shippable of the cast.
“Okay so we established that Taku has ‘Rizz’ as you say….what’s there to make a theory off of?”
Well for that, the main basis of this theory is Akiba Taku will survive or at least is not an early death.
How does Akiba being the most shippable means he’s living long? For that I say, it is because of the fact that IF Akiba Taku can be shipped with like almost anyone from the main cast of Tetro Blue, then that means he has to live long enough to have interacted at least once or more with multiple characters.
Think about it….characters like Isono for example only got to have episodes or interact with a few characters compared to the entire cast compare to those who ended up living longer like Yanagi or Tamba. While not guarantee that Akiba will end up as a survivor because of this. This has to mean that he is not a chapter 1 death to allow him to interact with everyone before whoever next on the chopping block. So unless chapter 1 is like…really really long and Taku actually dies as the first victim or killer….I think he’s making it for the long run.
Either way this is just fun theory speculation off of a VC stage event. Don’t take this too seriously or as straight up facts he’s living for sure. At most, this just means before Akiba or any of the people he interacts with specially for them to have him as their picks must live long enough for him to have it.
So like maybe Hirose, Tsukigata, Shishikura, and Isoda might make it pass ch.1 or just one of them get to interact a lot more with Akiba before they die and the others make it to ch. 2. We’ll just have to wait and see.
