Silicon Valley is the global hub for the latest technology, the headquarters of the largest high-tech companies, and the dream of any startup and up and coming IT specialist. So it’s not surprising that this became the birthplace of Konstruktor. Likewise its creator Vlad Krishtop, considers it a simple fact that Konstruktor owes its appearance to Silicon Valley. Vlad made his first attempts at creating Konstruktor in Europe. However, Europe turned out not to be the most ideal place to develop IT projects, so he decided to go to the global mecca of technology and innovation, Silicon Valley. Being someone who’s curious by nature, Vlad literally walked around Silicon Valley on foot during his first visit in 2011. He visited the offices of major companies trying to get a feel for the atmosphere there and see if he had finally found the best place to bring his project to life. And he wasn’t wrong. In 2012, Vlad Krishtop opened a company and moved with his family for permanent residence in the USA. The period of adaptation to his new country began as did the resolution of numerous legal, immigration and everyday problems. After that he started building up infrastructure, creating teams, implementing the Konstruktor project, and working on the first prototype of the product. Konstruktor’s founder, Vladislav Krishtop told us that when he was coming up with his project’s name, he wanted to find a word that would be succinct, and meaningful in order to reflect the essence of the project. And most importantly, the name needed to sound the same in all languages so it would be understandable in all corners of the globe, considering the global nature of the plan. Konstruktor's first logo was the green triangle, with the green standing for stability. Then a cube came in, which one of the most prestigious design agencies in Alma-Ata worked to create for nearly six months. The final version of the logo appeared a year later, and after a year and a half, the name Konstruktor was born. The project’s first website was launched in 2002 and already had a new official logo and new color scheme, as well as many features that reflect the versatility of human talent, the internationality of art, and the desire for harmony. Konstruktor is the world's first creative environment, a new unique format for human communication as well as a meeting place to exchange experiences for creative people from all around the world.
