Apple Pie
1 unbaked pie crust (I've used both frozen and the refrigerated type before)
Enough apples to fill a pie crust (I've used all different apple types and typically make two at a time, using a 4-5 pound bag of apples and doubling this recipe)
3/4 cup of sugar
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 cup of butter, softened
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of flour
Pre-heat oven to 375. Cut, peel and core apples. You can put in water with lemon while cutting to keep from turning brown. Drain apples. Put sugar and cinnamon in a large bag and mix with apples. Put coated apples into pie crust. Mix butter, brown sugar, and flour until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
