Always the entertainer, to close out my lunch date, I thought I’d create a new dance step called, “The Shimmy Shake”.  All you need is a pair of shoes with a very high heel (ex: see picture), moisturized (or sweaty) feet - to provide the slip the foot needs to ease from shoe, unlevel ground or a crack in the pavement. 

With one foot, step on the uneven area.  With luck, “The Shimmy Shake” will follow.  Stretch arms out quickly to regain balance.  Yell out an “Ah, ah, ah!” until the shaking has stopped.  CLAP once feet are steady and end with a hearty “TAH DAH”!
