Fascinated by the difference in perception of the US Democratic Party by the far-left and the far-right. Like, both sides see them as corporate shills (because they are), but the left tends to think of the Democrats as these lame ineffectual losers who can’t even figure out how to get themselves elected, much less figure out what the country actually needs. They’re a bunch of dumbasses too afraid to do anything lest they rock the boat and scare off their fossil fuel donors. The far right views them as like, this Machiavellian secret order, pulling the strings of US politics and mass culture behind the scenes in order to achieve some nondescript evil agenda. They’re trying to drink the blood of children and cause a intentional population collapse and they’re run by demons and they’re fiercely competent. Wait hold on a minute I’ve heard this one before...

people who do not like bureaucracy and management observe the vast profusion of bureaucracy and management manifest in america, and notice that the bureaucracy and management is full of bureaucrats and managers, who act in concert, almost as if they formed a class

(and a profusion of conspiracies within the class because a profusion of conspiracies within every class; sin-bonding is a human universal)

I genuinely am struggling to figure out who this is even for. They already praised the vaccinated above and it’s unlikely that the unvaccinated will even read that outside of someone they know sharing it on twitter or something. Regardless this is the most pathetic propaganda line that I’ve seen so far. They want you to believe that you and your family will die for not falling in line even though they’ve been doing that since the start to no results. There is zero indication that omicron is any worse than what we’ve had so far and even if it was the vaccine wouldn’t keep you from getting it. Hopefully this is a sign that they’re getting desperate to justify their authoritarianism.
