This is more or less the conclusion on being a entrepreneur.
When writing code and building apps, the pre-phase is crucial. Doing detailed conceptual & wireframing work upfront avoids hours/days of…
Here’s the answer to merging GPX-files (to use on Strava). Why? There’s no bigger disappointment than riding a bike, giving all you got and then your GPS or device leaving you in the cold. With this little tool, you can easily merge several recordings from one ride. It looks simple, but it works like a charm. What? It could e.g. merge GPX files from your Garmin Edge or Fenix watch with a recording done with your phone. How to? I merged 3 GPX files into one and downloaded the new gpx file from this tool. Before uploading to Stava, remove your old (separate) events from Strava first, otherwise Strava will detect it’s a ‘duplicate’ and not add it to your activities. The newly merged GPX can then be uploaded and Strava will re-analyse all mountains and even add your segment PR’s. Just in case your on Fenix 3 I merged 3 files from my Fenix 3 - which - indeed - contained a bug when ‘resuming’ rides (the watch didn’t pick-up the ‘speed’ anymore). That bug was announced to be solved last week by Garmin in the v3.80 software. Great work by Gotoes.org
I'm not easily starstruck, but when it comes to David Heinemeier Hansson (@dhh) and Jason Fried (@jasonfried), geniuses behind (@37signals) and Basecamp, I have to admit these guys are my inspirational heroes. Especially when getting emails from both of them. (reply on https://medium.com/@tomdebelg/webcomrades-the-first-5-years-1469d10f70f9)
Had an interesting visitor on LinkedIn. Don't underestimate the Belgian Government when they think they can squeeze another buck out of your business.
Bon voyage, Claude. Merci pour ces moments inoubliables.

Triathlon just IS a lifestyle reset button. I'm happy I found out by myself, then being able to pass it on to others. Now let's be fruitful and multiply, triathletes! #doitin2015 #triathlon #motivation #genesis
