"Thundercat brought down the house with his fingers slapping the bass in true musicianship fashion for about 30 minutes playing music from is previous releases. Erykah Badu joined in on vocals from the side of the stage but never stepped foot into the spotlight."

Despite its major problems, people were abuzz about bitcoin at SXSW Interactive this year. The number of people using bitcoin has shot up from 300,000 to over 2 million people in the past year. KCRW producer Jenny Radelet was in Austin this week, to find out who is behind bitcoin's rise in popularity.
