Liv smiled as Katherine approached her. âYeah, sure. I could go for some food. The grill?â
âThe Grill sounds perfect,â Katherine agreed with a smile, giving a small nod of her head.

Liv smiled as Katherine approached her. âYeah, sure. I could go for some food. The grill?â
âThe Grill sounds perfect,â Katherine agreed with a smile, giving a small nod of her head.
âItâs been a while since I last saw you,â Katherine pointed out as she approached her sister-in-law. âWhat do you say we go grab some food and catch up?

Nathan smiled at his motherâs words. âYou are just lucky that you have me to take after you and dadâŚand that I get to carry of the Petrova fear factorâŚdespite technically being a Parker.â Nathan teased. He covered the book with his hands as he noticed his motherâs glances. âOhâŚnot reallyâŚwellâŚa lot⌠but nothing you would want me to talk about⌠Iâm too innocent for you to know that..â He stated with a flutter of his eyebrows.Â
Katherine rolled her eyes playfully, a smile appearing upon her lips. âToo innocent for me to know that?â A small laugh escaped the brunetteâs lips as she looked over at her son. âNow that you say that, I think Iâm good with not knowing.â
eirik-mikaelson:
âThanks..â Eirik mumbled softly as he took the womanâs hand to aid in rising to his feet. Dusting himself off, he looked around before settling his gaze back on her. A quick look at the way she styled her hair and carried herself and he knew who he was talking to. âKatherine, Iâm sorry.â He apologized, shaking his head. âYeah.â He nodded, âYeah, Iâm fine. Just completely distracted.â He said. âI didnât hurt you, did I?â
âHad you actually hurt me, do you honestly believe I would have offered to help you up?â Katherine questioned, head cocking to the side as she stared at him. Her gaze remained fixated on the younger male, giving him a once over before her brow then furrowed. âAre you absolutely sure that youâre okay?â She asked, unsure of whether or not he was being truthful. âWhatâs got you so distracted anyway?â
eirik-mikaelson:
It was just another evening for Eirikâdarting here and there around town to deliver his products and make sales for that week. It wasnât until a few sales had been made that the witch needed to stop and take a moment. Thrice now he had checked over his shoulder for someone following him around, even going so far as to darting into alleyways to avoid people who had just been going about their day and happened to be behind him. He had been heading down one street when he saw the deputy cars of the MFPD turning the corner several blocks ahead.Â
Uttering a curse, he bolted down another alley and pulled out his phone to send what felt like the sixth or seventh message that night to reiterate to them to take care with his products and how many to take at one time. He had been so engrossed in his phone that as he continued hurrying along the way, he slammed into someone when he emerged from the alleyway. âOw, damn.â He spat as he fell onto his ass and scrambled to keep his phone from falling to the ground, hastily tucking it away. âHeyâŚâ He said as casually as possible as he rose to his feet.
As soon as another body came into contact with her own, Katherine stumbled backward -- brows furrowing as her gaze shifted upward, ready to give the other person a piece of her mind. However, she stopped -- head cocking to the side as she noticed the look on the Mikaelson boyâs face. âEirik,â she began, allowing her gaze to shift over the maleâs features. âAre you alright?â Katherine questioned, holding out a hand, offering to help the other up rather than grumble at him for nearly knocking her over.Â

Nathan sat on the couch and flicked through one of his motherâs old travellerâs books. It was certainly something he found interesting and it was moments like this that affirmed the fact that Nathan was like Katherine. Hearing his motherâs voice, Nathanâs eyes flicked up and watched the woman. âYeahâŚwell I would answer with a lie and say of course you should assume that⌠but you and I both know that is not true.â Nathan said with a smirk. âIâm your little troublemaker, you know that!â Nathan assured the Petrova.
âYou sure are,â Katherine agreed with a nod of her head, laughing at her sonâs words. âYou certainly wouldnât be yourself if you were consistently getting yourself into some form of trouble.â Katherine took a seat beside her son, allowing her gaze to fixate on the book held within his hands. âAside from getting into trouble, have you done anything else relatively exciting?â
livvparker:
âOkay, fine. At least one Parker wants to spend some time with me.â
âOh, come on -- surely at least one of your siblings or even their spouses want to spend some time with you. Thereâs no way it can just be me.â
It had been far too long since Katherine had seen anyone in her family -- admittedly beginning to wonder what it was that they were up to. Walking into her home, she was rather surprised to find one of her children, a smile easing its way onto her features. âNathan,â she began, making her way toward him. âItâs been quite a while since I last saw you. Is it safe to assume that youâve been keeping out of trouble?â

livvparker:
âI donât believe there is any law that states you have to go out on your birthday. Itâs freezing outside and I would really rather just stay in bed all day.â
âOh, come on -- weâve gotta go out for your birthday, Liv.â
drwmaxfield:
Wes cracked a smirk at Katherineâs inquiry and just shrugged some. âWhere would be the surprise in telling you that, Katherine?â He asked. âMaybe itâs just supplies for my labs. Maybe itâs something for Christmas.â He shrugged once more.
âYou actually buy Christmas presents?â Katherine quirked a brow in the maleâs direction, a small laugh erupting past her lips. âHere I thought youâd find some scientific reason as to why you shouldnât buy Christmas presents.â A smirk appeared on the brunetteâs lips as she spoke, her arms crossing against her chest. âWhy canât you tell me what it is? Even if you did buy presents, I guarantee you didnât get one for me, so whatâs the harm in telling me?â
drwmaxfield:
âNo, you listen to me. That shipment is important; but I need you to stay out of Mystic Falls. If you cross the border, youâre stuck here like the rest of us and I need someone on the outside to get me things I canât get here.â Wesley stated firmly and coldly over the line. âJust bring the shipment to the town border and Iâll meet you there. We can swap the package over the line and you can leave town until youâre needed again.â He explained before looking up as someone approached. âCall me when youâre close.â He stated before ending the call. âAfternoon.â He greeted with a nod.
âSounds like youâre expecting a rather important package,â Katherine pointed out, quirking a brow in the maleâs direction. âAnything interesting in this package?â Of course she had to ask, not able to bare the thought of not knowing.
âYou okay?â Katherine questioned abruptly, peering over at the younger male. âYou look a little â out of it, if Iâm honest,â offering a shrug of her shoulders as her dark hues remained locked upon the Salvatore boy.
kaia-maxfield:
Kaia always loved ice skating; maybe it was because it was something she was actually decent at, or maybe it was because winter was her favorite season. So far, she had been at the rink for a little over an hour as she skated around, doing a handful of leaps and turns. At this particular moment, she had just finished a series of spins before she accidentally tripped and landed on her butt. Kaia gave a small gasp as she fell, but quickly laughed it off. If she was being honest, she was surprised she hadnât fallen yet. âYou didnât see anything,â she laughed. âCould you give me a hand up?â She asked the nearest person, not quite finding her footing.Â
âSure, we can pretend I didnât see anything,â Katherine stated with a nod, her lips curving upward into the slightest hint of a smile. âAre you okay though?â She questioned, holding out her hand to help the other to her feet.
hmalachai-parker:
Kai looked over to his wife, a slight grin on his lips, âYes well if you help it would make things go quicker so you and I could spend some quality time together.â
âTell you what --,â she began, making her way toward her husband. âIâll help, so long as you promise to go ice skating with me.â
hmalachai-parker:
Kai was feeling very bored recently, since he didnât see his kids or wife very much, and he knew half the town wasnât his biggest fan either. He was outside putting up some of the decorations finally as December had arrived and if he didnât, he knew someone would be yelling in his ear about it. He saw someone in the corner of his eye standing there and just spoke out âAre you just going to stand there or help?â
âWell, I was planning on just standing here, but if youâre really wanting help, I suppose I could lend a helping hand,â the brunette mumbled, a smile immediately overtaking her features.Â
drwmaxfield:
âOh, lucky me.â He said with a sarcastically overemphasized tone of joy before it quickly faded back into his semi-formal mannerisms. He shook his head some before turning back to his slides and microscope. âYou arenât needing me to investigate anymore grey hairs or lost teeth, are you?â He mused as he stuck his sight back to the eyepiece and readied another slide.
âYes, lucky you,â she replied with a grin. âI donât just give anyone and everyone my full and undivided attention, you know.â Katherineâs gaze remained upon Wesley, casually rolling her eyes as he spoke again. âVery funny, but no -- Iâm not in need of the investigation of anymore gray hairs or lost teeth.â
lenncnparker:
âIt scares me a lot,â he replied, letting out a small sigh. âThe things I was blamed for as a kid, I covered for Nate. Even as a little kid I could see him losing himself. Mom, thereâs gonna be a point where weâre going to have to do something, he wants to become a heretic and if he does god knows whatâs going to happenâ
âHey, itâs gonna be okay,â Katherine attempted to assure her son, although she knew how Nathan was, so she could understand where Lennon was coming from. âDonât worry yourself over this, okay? If there comes a time where something has to be done, Iâll deal with it.â
