Train ride to Chicago

So at the moment, I'm sitting on the metra train, squeezed in between 3 grown men. I'm eavesdropping, however they could never know because I have my earphones on and have spent most of the train ride gazing out the window. At one point, they actually hit on a topic that hit me: grass fed beef. They complained how it was never readily available to them at the store, and then started talking about bill kurtis... How his supply isn't sticking to demand. My main point is, that if these people want grass fed beef they should start talking to their legislators and markets so the demand is known! There are hundreds of farms if not thousands of farms that are solely grass fed beef in america. Yes it takes longer for the supply to grow, but it's healthier for the planet and the consumer. People wake up! We need to voice these kind of concerns loudly so we don't pay the price later on!
