ok but in all seriousness do you have any advice because this is Goals here
I’m not exactly qualified to dish out the advice but what got me from ‘studying-induced muscular atrophy victim that couldn’t fight my way out of a paper bag’ to ‘technically qualifies for UK powerlifting’ in 6 months is very heavy compound lifts (like 5 reps max, for 5 sets), 6, sometimes even 7 days a week if I don’t feel too fatigued. I alternate between heavy days and lighter days to work on form so that I don’t burn out though.
Consistency, I think, is the most important part. I’ll put all the rest under a readmore.
