i walk to college and step on crunchy leaves and drink a hot beverage in the cafe and wear the lightest cardigan i have. it’s autumn again.

In regards to your post on what to post.. maybe on how diverse academia (dark academia) is? There’s so many paths to go down and so many different (but often similar) experiences!! Or how academia changes as you grow? The experience you have at 8/13/18/25/30/45 all vary hugely! And obviously it depends on the individual but maybe stories or explorations or think pieces or even web-weavings of those experiences :)) there's’s excitement and sadness, and creativity/passion and burnout, and niche interests vs. large studies! Idk if that's helpful..?

it’s that time of the year when this post of mine starts getting traction again

everyday i wake up and choose to study and then my choices fall apart because i am but a mortal girl, privy to distractions and temptation. so i don’t study and sigh.

with every passing day, i realize even more how active listening is a skill and not everybody puts enough effort into just listening and being there.

you do not need to be a therapist to provide basic psychological and emotional support to people.
