If you’re the type to get in your feelings from weight gains or no movement, put the scale away now or change your mindset.
I had the hardest time with this myself. I did it for over a year. I didn’t loose as much as I did the other week, and I did everything the same or better. Well as women, our bodies gain and loose through the month due to our cycles alone. Bloat is real and it SUCKS. I KNOW!! Eventually, I stopped feeling bad when I gained some knowledge in the scale.
“Stop feeling bad Kee!” I’d tell myself. Cause your pants fit looser this week. you’re now looking for a the right kinda belt to purchase for them, and that bra doesn’t have to be on the very last latch. You’re finally comfortable in the skin you’re in. Get off that scale or be positive..
I chose positivity. For some reason I’m hard headed and putting the scale up was not happening. So I changed my mindset to say, I see what my body does day to day, I know what foods throw me off and make me gain, j know how my weight is affect by my cycle.
Cauliflower is my favorite veggie on Keto. It’s so versatile. It comes in florets, mashed, riced.. just to my knowledge. There may be other forms. I love them all though.
I try to stay away from sauces.. you can put a dab of tomato sauce or Rao’s low carb sauce, but it taste good even without the sauce. What I love is it’s so fast when you’re a busy person and just need to eat something. I used ranch seasoning, 👌 🤤. If you are not on this yet you need to be. This and “Everything Bagel” are awesome in keto. But anyways, the ranch seasoning, some Mexican thick cheese. It’s just so Rich! I love that too. I put pepperoni, but you can for sure add bacon, beef, mushroom, bell pepper, onion, whatever you like & I promise it still taste like a pizza. If you’re not a cauliflower eater, I get it tho, it’s not for everyone. If you like broccoli try that. However cauliflower has less carbs. Just like any life style change, you’re going to have to pick something you can at least stand. There’s no room for growth if you stay content. Being uncomfortable and trying new things is going to be what helps you gain success! Good luck, and keep going!
I messed up last night. I had a second meal, at midnight. Not just something small. 😂 I’m telling you all this because y’all, it happens. Humans fall off! We are so imperfect that it makes us greater.
I used to beat myself up so bad. I’m talking crazy. If this is you, you will have to teach yourself to stop that. Start with, tomorrow is a new day to make better choices and make them!
I ended up having turkey, cheese, Mayo and mustard on low carb keto buns BUT I also have a giant bag of lime hot Cheetos and I couldn’t stay out of the bag.
You have to look at the positive. Okay I really wanted to stay on track and not eat past 6… but today is a new day of better choices and I’m going to get back on track. Also I have boys that have a kitchen full of cakes, cookies & fruit snacks 😢 when the late night munchies kick in, you want it all. Another positive is I didn’t touch them. Just the Cheetos. So I still have some type of self control at the end of the day that I didn’t have before and that is what keeps me pushing forward. Let it keep pushing you too! ♥️
I don’t feel like the gym later but I am going to go still.
People make mistakes, it doesn’t mean keep making them. Start over. Today is a new day and you’re already on track ♥️

I’ve used fastic before but I’m currently on a 7 day steak. I love this app! Out of all the tracking I’ve done in life. This is simple and easy. It helps me know what my body is doing! Not sure what’s acceptable during a fast. Look below for examples. ♥️👇🏾
Today is the 21rst. I’ll be doing a 30 day OMAD challenge with working out twice a week for at least 30 mins! I’ll also be super active the other days between chicfila, house and family duties, and my side business. I will have a lot of activity through the week. Let’s see what kind of results I get.
Current weight 159.. it’s actually fluctuating between 157 & 159.
I’m also going to start taking measurements.
Day One
OMAD Grilled chicken club bowl with a little ranch and Buffalo from Chic Fila! Gotta have my coffee and water and Adkins iced coffee shakes are the BOMB! I’m gonna be full all day yall.
I hope lol. I’ll fight the munchies with water. I need the intake anyways.
FAST FOOD KETO -Burger King
I’m so glad that so many fast food places understand the low carb eaters. When I first started I was limited in places to eat. That was 2 1/2 years ago however. Many have stepped their game up!
Allow yourself to be a beginner. No one starts off being excellent.
Tonight I made a keto pizza. These tortillas are my favorite! I added raos marinara sauce, mozzarella shredded cheese, frozen fajita mixed veggies and topped with grated Parmesan cheese at the end.
I made this in the air fryer. Dont do what I did and leave it unintended. I put it on 400 for 10 mins. I lei ankh will do 6-8 mins AND watch it. None-the-less, it was AMAZING and all of 13 carbs. It was that good I could go for a another, but it’s about self control.
Now I learned a new way to make keto pizza because we all know the frozen pizzas are costly. I also learned that if I wanted, I could skip the tortilla all tobshst and make a crust less bowl with more veggies.
Man, I love keto. Years later I’m still learning things I like in this lifestyle.

I am awful at drinking water but as long as you’re trying, you should be proud of yourself 🥲 if you need a reminder. Download a water drinking reminder app & a clip on water bottle so it can easily clip to your bag. Then you can just take several sips when that alarm 🚨 goes off ♥️
I strive for 75 oz a day that’s a little over a half gallon jug.
Know how much water to drink to stay healthy and hydrated.
Made way more than expected And I only could eat half the mix. 🤷🏾♀️ I made a low carb breakfast burrito.
I took 2 oz of ground breakfast sausage, and mixed it with less than a handful of frozen fajita veggies. After letting that cook, I added a tablespoon of diced tomatoes, threw in 2 eggs, my salt and pepper and a little cheese. I put this on a low carb tortilla. The rest I can save for later. With this burrito and my red Bull, I’m 100 percent satisfied and on track. Since I have eatin I have stopped my fasting app. My fast will begin again at 6pm. This is what is helping me stop the late night munchies. I’m able to enjoy dinner with my family and then start the clock. I’m in my eating window which allows me to eat when I want up till 6. Everything I eat stays low carb. You will still have to fight self control. I feel so good this morning however, I’m motivated to behave. Since I’m good right now, behaving will be easy.
The whole mix I made is 12 g of carbs including 1 and tortilla(4carbs). Since I only ate half the mixture (4 carbs)+ the tortillas (4carbs) my burritos was 8 carbs. Plus the 2g redbull I had. 😆 I push to stay under 20 g per day and I still have carbs and time to eat ♥️ low carb fasting life is for me. Is it for you?
