Fish sticks, cheese and crackers, and a fruit cup. 7/10
Slow cooker fish stew. 6/10 - Too much tomato. Maybe not enough buillon.
Sausage, egg, and hash browns.
Crockpot vegetable stew. 5/10 - Kind of bland, needs more bouillon?
Teriyaki Rice with Eggs
1 serving
Prepare 1 serving of rice (1/2 cup dry). Cook completely. Set aside.
Finely scramble 2 eggs. Set aside.
Saute 1/2 can of mixed vegetables or similar and chopped onions. Add black pepper, garlic / onion powder, ginger, paprika, and red pepper flakes if you want spice.
After sautéing, add a little bit of water to help mix everything. Add 1 tbsp honey, 1/2 tbsp Teriyaki sauce, 1/4 tbsp soy sauce, and 1/4 tbsp oyster sauce. To make it chicken, beef, vegetable, etc., add some stock or bouillon of your choosing. Let simmer a few minutes.
Add eggs and rice and mix.
You can add any kind of vegetables or protein you want. It's very flexible.
Ham and mackerel stew. 7/10 - Had little fish spine bones in it.
Apple oatmeal and spam.
Shin Ramyun Stir Fry
1 Serving
Bring 1 cup water to a boil. Add the veggie pack and 1 tbsp oyster sauce. Once boiling, add the noodles and cook until all the water is absorbed. Remove noodles and set aside.
Saute your desired vegetables and meat in some oil. Once browned to your liking, add the noodles to the pan and the seasoning packet. Add a splash of water to help stir the seasoning in. Serve.
Creamy Maruchan Shrimp Ramen Stew
1 Serving
1. Saute onions, half a can of mixed vegetables, and shrimp in oil and butter. Add pepper, garlic / onion powder, thyme, coriander, lemon pepper. Towards the end of saute'ing, add 1 tablespoon of flour. 2. Add 2 cups of water, the ramen seasoning packet, basil, oregano, and parsley. Simmer for 15 minutes. Salt to taste. 3. After simmering, add 1/3 cup milk and the ramen brick, crushed to small pieces. Cook until done and serve.
Cheese, crackers, pickle, and sausages.
Homemade chili and biscuit. 8/10 - The olives and peperoni made the chili smell weird.
Neoguri Tuna Ramen
1 Serving
Add sesame oil, vegetable oil, and or butter to the pot. Saute 1 can of tuna, potatoes, onion, celery, carrots, mushrooms, and water chestnuts until browned to your liking. Add onion/garlic powder, paprika, lemon pepper, oregano, and optionally red pepper flakes or similar for extra spice.
Add 1.5 cups of water, bean sprouts, and the ramen seasoning packets. As soon as it's boiling, add the noodles and cook until al dente. Serve.
Beef teriyaki rice bowl with eggs. 7.5/10
Stew made with salmon, potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, parsnips, turnips, and squash. 6/10 - Needs more savory/smokey flavor. Too much root.
Chilidog mac n cheese 9/10
Creamy Ham and Potato Soup
2 Servings
Add Celery, Onions, Carrots, and Ham to the pot with some Butter and Oil. Cook until soft. Add Potatoes and 3 Tbsp Flour and cook until soft again.
Add 3 cups of water and chicken bouillon. Add garlic / onion powder, paprika, thyme, parsley, oregano, 1/4 tbsp brown sugar, and any other desired spices. Let simmer 30 minutes - 1 hour.
After simmering add 1/3 cup milk and let cook another 10 minutes. Adjust water and salt as needed.
Chicken rice a roni with mixed vegetables and egg.
