so ive been thinking again and it's not going great

started buproprion XL after being on paroxetine for, I kid you not, 10+ years.

It’s only been five days but I went from having no motivation to do anything to doing literally everything I’ve had on my to do list the last five years in 2hrs. So that’s interesting.

Also have been running on fourish hours of sleep each day because I’m wide awake from 9am to anywhere from 3am to 5am.

And if I don’t take my Busprione my anxiety spikes hardcore. Also been having like these pulsing headaches where my head feels like a balloon.

Im still in shock about all the stuff I’ve done around the house. Things I haven’t had the motivation to touch… and it crossed my mind and I did it.
