Hiya! This is a askblog/roleplay thing for Gold City from the game/anime Umamusume. Please stay SFW (safe for work) here! I am totally ok with shipping but you will be blocked if it’s too far. This is not a pretty photo prop like some of the other Polearms I have gifted. It is a tool, to be used for a purpose, and that purpose is also not pretty. Perfect, I think, for the Runner who runs to escape the moniker of "Beauty"

Plus, if any of your fans get too rowdy, you can hold them off with the cross brace. Functional!

It was good! We went for ramen and just walked around for a while. It was peaceful you know? Naomi is very sweet.. she actually drove us there on her motorcycle.

Although I was stopped by a fan for a photo and she was just kinda pouting a few feet away for a moment… it was kinda cute.

Also. I was with her training for one year, had my debut and did my main career for three, and now am in my 5th year knowing her. I don’t run as much as those first three years but I certainly still do.

OOC: I’ve decided to write this scene out! Cause I’m a writer and I think it would be fun ^^

Gold City walks into her trainer’s office, forcing herself to look her in the eyes. Her trainer Naomi, looks up. She seemed surprised and definitely nervous. More than usual in fact.

”Ah- City! H-hey! Did you need something..?” She asked, voice cracking slightly.

Gold City closed the door behind herself and walked in further. She took a deep breath-

”I’m not mad at you. Or upset. Or.. anything like that.”, she began, ”I was just nervous. I mean, you’re my best friend so I know I shouldn’t have been nervous. Sorry.”

Naomi just sat and listened with wide eyes.

”So I was actually wondering.. if you’d want to go out. Like, together! On a- like a date?” She spoke almost too quickly to understand. It was surprising that this was much so more nerve racking than any shoot she’s ever had to do- some of those were with famous people!

Naomi seemed in shock for a few moments… before her eyes welled up with tears. She sniffed hard and rubbed her eyes, messing up her makeup.

”Yes- I-I would love too.”

City immediately rushed over, “Oh no- please don’t cry. I don’t know what to do with crying..” She gently rubbed Naomi’s back.

”Sorry.. I’m just happy! I thought you hated me!”

”Just cause I wasn’t making eye contact? Naomi that’s a little dramatic. We were talking the whole time. It’s not like I was ignoring you.” City laughs softly, snaking her arm around Naomi’s shoulders.

The other girl playfully smacked her arm, ”Don’t make fun of me! I’m sensitive!!”

”Okok.. Sorry again Naomi.” City smiled.

What? I wasn’t tsundere to her during the lock down. I was nervous! And couldn’t look her in the eye! I still acted normal.
