RULES TO BE A PRETTY GIRL
i made this to finally have a routine and develop some ‘good habits’
!! PLEASE DONT FOLLOW ALONG WITH THIS, THESE ARE RULES THAT I CREATED FOR MY PERSONAL SATISFACTION AND THEYRE COMPLETELY UNHEALTHY AND REALLY STRICT. I DONT WANT ANYONE TO FEEL BAD ABOUT THEMSELVES BECAUSE THEY BROKE THE RULES. IF YOU CHOOSE TO FOLLOW THE RULES PLEASE STAY SAFE !!
appearance / hygiene
wash your hair the second you see it start to get oily
keep your hair tamed and in order
wash your face twice a day
always apply facial moisturizer after washing your face
do facial massages after applying moisturizer (this builds collagen in your face, defines your cheekbones and jawline and keeps your face slim)
always apply sunscreen in the mornings (if youre leaving the house)
keep an organized skincare routine and dont break the chain
take two days out of the week to use face masks and blackhead masks to keep skin clean and healthy
exfoliate twice a week
always wash makeup off your face before going to bed
treat acne the second its spotted
keep your eyebrows tamed and in order
brush your teeth twice a day on school days, after every meal on non school days
always floss
keep finger nails trimmed and clean, paint them once in a while
shave every three days
keep toe nails trimmed, clean and painted
shower day and night
apply cream to your skin after every shower, two more times throughout the day (PLEASE DO THIS YOU FUCKING CRUST)
always put effort into your clothes
wash your hands as much as possible
only touch your face after youve washed your hands
deodorant, perfume, and gum/mints is a must always
weight / exercise / food
never eat over 700 calories on weekends, over 500 on weekdays
no greasy food, junk food, sweets, and just unhealthy food over all
no binging
never forget to count calories
if calories are unknown, dont eat it
only eat around others
only drink water at restaurants
never finish the entire portion, leave some food on the plate or pack it up
chew every bite 20 times
put down your cutlery between every bite
have a sip of water every two bites
never eat after 7 pm or before 7 am
drink at least 2 liters of water daily
drink at least two cups of green tea on weekdays
fast at least once a week
max fast length is 36 hours, after that your body isnt burning fat or sugars
burn at least 200 calories a day (from exercising)
never miss out or skip a workout
always do morning workout, before shower workout and nighttime workout
fidget as much as possible (it burns calories, around 300 to 500 per day)
walk at least 1.5 miles a day
take at least 5000 steps every day
picture tracking day is every month on the 12th
measuring day is every month on the 9th
(as soon as you get a scale, weigh in is every tuesday before eating)
school
go to sleep (at least) at 8 pm
wake up at 6 am
get at least 9 hours of sleep, theres no max hours of sleep
always do homework/projects the day its assigned
lowest grade allowed on report card is B+
always study for tests
manage your time
keep notes, books, and notebooks organized
never miss an assignment
always do extra credit
lay out your outfit the night before
take the stairs always, not the elevator (my school is in a office building and there’s stairs to get to every floor, the office is on the second floor, the 300′s classrooms are on the fourth, 400′s on the fifth, and 500′s on the sixth)
walk as much as possible around campus
walk home at least once a week
be kind to everyone, but dont change your opinions/ideas to fit others’ opinions and ideas
compliment at least three people daily
make new friends
dont give up when things get rough
participate in class, but not too much, just enough to let your teacher know youre paying attention
never complain about anything to anyone at school, make it seem that you have no problems and are content with the way everything is
always share your food with your friends, offer anything you have, it makes you seem generous and you dont have to eat those extra calories anymore.
always give away all fatty foods and snacks to your friends
if it is absolutely 1000% necessary, only purge when nobody is around, if anyone hears you say that you have food poisoning
