I don’t know what to do anymore. I’m having really bad anxiety, and depression all hitting me right now, and it’s stressing me out like crazy. I’m struggling, but I don’t want to bother anyone with my stupid problems. I feel dumb because I go from having a great day to having a terrible one almost every other day, and I don’t want to keep making my friends feel bad for me. I have no one I can talk to about this. I don’t know what to do anymore. I’m so exhausted and I need a break. I feel like a complete failure, and idk how to fix this.
