So nice!
Kefalonia, Greece 💛🌷
Take me there!
This magical island is a must when visiting Greece. Such amazing sceneries everywhere.
Assos - Kefalonia, Greece
Lovely video from Kefalonia, makes you want to go this very instance!
Kefalonia and its villages
Kefalonia villages are clean, nice and little to such a degree as to get round with no bother. It's the amazing characteristic view you visit this beautiful island for, and guests won't be disillusioned. Lavish backwoods, stunning mountains and bewilderingly high precipices dropping down to sparkling sky blue oceans are what Kefalonia is about.
Argostoli, a long thin town, has genuine shops and a fairly disappointing historical center. Fiskardo, at the northern tip of the island, is mainstream with yachts and a bit pricey and upmarket.
Fiskardo is the main piece of the island which survived the quakes of the most recent century in place, yet far reaching renovation and repairs have provided for it a fairly bijoux feel instead of one of credible old Kefalonia.
Assos, in the north-west, has a scarily steep drop to a Venetian palace on a little promontory. Agia Efimia and Sami in the East are both tranquil and suitable residential areas, Sami with one of the island's primary ports. Poros, further to the south, is somewhat independent between the ocean and mountains, and has a generous ship port marginally differentiated from whatever is left of the town.
Going to Kefalonia
For those who like a bit slower tempo, Kefalonia is a great island for long walks, cycling and riding a horse. The island of Lefkada, Zakynthos and Ithaca are nearby, so you have an opportunity to visit and explore them by a ferry, a boat or a yacht. Kefalonia also has an airport, so as you can see, the ways of reaching it are diverse, making it easier for tourists to enjoy this amazing destination. When it comes to accommodation, the offer is also diverse. You can choose between suits, luxury villas, and if you like it more relaxing and authentic, typical Greek houses.
Santorini - Greece
The cats in Greece are one of the things that make the country such a great place. Kefalonia included.
This is my Greece | Myrtos beach, surely the most famous among the beaches of Kefalonia island, Ionian

26/6/12 - This is the waterfront at Argostoli, the main town in Cefalonia, I liked it here, it was hot, clean, friendly, happy and welcoming, all the things that make a good port.
This is my Greece | The Lighthouse of Saint Theodore or Fanari, located a couple of km from Argostoli. A beautiful round building with white Doric columns known as one of the trademarks of Kefalonia island, Ionian
Boat life! This summer we rented a boat and spent the day discovering all of the tiny beaches along #Kefalonia island! Where are your exploring this weekend?? #Greece
Me and my family took a 2 week break to the small Greek island, Kefalonia in the summer of 2013. This would be the second time in my life that I would have vacationed in Greece, however, since I was only 1 during our first visit, I don’t really remember much.
I will, however, remember this trip...
This is one of my favorite places i’ve been!Is costa costa beach in Kefalonia-Greece…..What can I say lucky to be Greek…
