Leadership Qualities.
Since there are several factions/groups of "Guardian's" per say, I can see Rouche trying his best to take several traits from each group leader, and failing. At first, he'll try to stay as emotionally detached and serious as Vern; but fails miserably once he realizes how clumsy and compassionate he is. Then he'll notice how well liked Quaid was by his generation. A brilliant, yet laid back leader. Once he starts acting more relaxed, this'll start bewildering his fellow comrades. Since he's usually worried about what trouble they're causing. When he gets to Sodis, he'll be amazed that there was someone as tolerant and thoughtful as him. Taking a chance at this way of thinking, Rouche will find it difficult to hold back his honest opinions, and stop his comrades from getting into shenanigans and what not. After all these attempts, they'll all know something is bothering him. So, the rest of the Randall Guard plans him a small celebration. A few desserts will be set at a table, along with a banner that says "Thank you." Each of them will individually tell him of his specie qualities. That no leaders are alike, which makes them unique, and that he should be himself. Because there is no one else they'd want to lead them.
Aftermath
Rouche being approached by many girls for his heroic act and looks; while Limera the jealous sister fakes an injury and cries, activating his siscon mode, and taking all the attention that is rightfully her's, back.
