Then you are going to have bad luck rest of the year babe, at least that is what other people have told me. Then again seeing decorations about lifts up your sprit 100%.

Because New Year is...well a new year and an excuse to actually get your shit together. With resolutions there is less pressure to keep them throughout the year, though i’m going too try and keep the ones i’ve made.

New Year new me

I’m planning to reinvent myself so to speak and get back on track on trying not to screw things up. I need to post a regular schedule on my Instagram and get more involved with certain people in my personal life. Probably other things but for now keep it to myself.

Matt: Guess I should let you know now James and I won't be in Amsterdam for Christmas. We leave the 23rd and will be back the 27th. We're flying out to my parents. They moved to Alabama and want us there to celebrate Christmas.

Matt: Want to get together before we take off and have an early Christmas together?

Kelly: I'm sad he won't be here for Christmas but I understand why - rather you than me going to Alabama. Would love a little get together though.

That’s what I’ve been doing, trying to avoid any loud noises, to be honest. I think it’s working, the constant high pitched beep I’ve been hearing is slowly fading. Have you been on any of the rides? 

I mean there are worse things you can do and i’m sure she will get over it. Yeah I think i’m going to be doing some things with Sam soon and probably will end up with a sore throat due to screaming.

Sam: Awesome! We should do a day of Walibi Flevo... all rollercoasters. Went there last year and trust me, they make the ones they got over here look super boring.

Kelly: That sounds like a fun day out that might also make me regret saying yes.

Kelly: I have been known to be the occasional adrenaline junkie.

I think I scarred Faith for life. She’s finally tall enough to go on one of the roller coasters here, something she wanted more than anything last time we visited this place, so -being the cool dad that I am- I took her with me and we went on Joris and the dragon.I’m still deaf in one ear. 

Your first rollercoaster experience is one you should always remember anyway, otherwise you will just think all coasters are boring and unevenful. You got dad points there.

Just maybe avoid using headphones for a few days so your ears can recover.
