Hello September. Starting this month off right with good vibes. Lip a tad sore thanks to Finley busting my lip, accident of course. On a high note I've lost 3kg and I'm thrilled. It had taken quite some time for my pelvis and hips to go back to normal after having my daughter which made me put more weight on as I found it hard to get around but it's coming off again.
