HOTD is such a shame in the ASOIAF universe, how can you take a good finished story and make such garbage, the only thing good about this show is some of the actors. But AKOTSK, this is a great addition, I hope they don't lower the bar

At this point, I'm just watching for random things like this one:

Norton has form playing black-hearted rogues, whether of the suave (McMafia) or sociopathic (Happy Valley) variety. But with absurdly OTT Ormund, who’s the nephew of Rhys Ifans’s Otto Hightower, he goes full fantasy panto – emerging from a bath to strut around naked in front of horrified courtiers in one early scene and later losing his temper in a brilliant sequence where he accelerates from calmly psychotic to full-fledged loony in 20 seconds.

More recent-ish warm ups: some little what-I-wore mouse-fits (an idea my dear friend Taryn came up with that I absolutely adore). These are all gouache paintings that I touched up a bit digitally because the originals are only 2" tall

Somehow, I knew HOTD version of the Battle of the Gullet would be disappointing. They took Nettle from us for that ???

The whole episode was really boring . . . .
