So basically, that cop fully intended to murder a black person that day. I hear that the Justice Department or FBI is investigating whether or not Michael Brown’s civil rights were violated and I so, so, SO hope they were because that makes his murder a FEDERAL CRIME and that folks, is a whole different ball game. I also hope that they can slap him with a hate crime charge, if they can establish that the cop murdered Brown because he was black.

firefighters are incredibly under appreciated, this is sadly the first appreciation post to them and we need more of these, they literally walk through hell to pick up people and pull them out, they are all Castiels if all civilians are Deans, and they save animals, treating all like humans, i have never heard of a firefighter that has chosen not to save someone for there race or sex or sexuality or anything, a human is a human and an animal is an animal, i love these people and they don’t deserve to be ignored as much as they are

I couldn’t get over the first picture so I had to research out what actually happened. The story is here:  http://www.today.com/video/today/47335518#47335518 There were two children in the car, a 10 year old and 10 weeks old baby, as well as their mother. It’s a remarkable video and she gets to meet the fireman who was her rock throughout the almost three hour ordeal, which is beautifully touching.

I’ve been at a few accident scenes, one where I helped save a woman’s life because I was first on the scene and did the right thing, and the firemen who had to cut the two women out of the car impressed me no end, as did the paramedics. It’s true, there is no discrimination, a life is a life and if they can save it they do so, often at the risk of their own. Just look at 9/11 and the huge loss of life there. I salute them, the brave, selfless souls that they are.
