This week in April will be special, with lots of new mods and many interesting things.
Starting today, a series of mods will be released that are being designed to make The Sims 3 a scary game.
Based on the hits: Child's Play, Halloween, Urban Legends, The Exorcist, great successes, new mods, new stories for your Sims. Welcome back to 1999. At the end of it all, a tool will be released in which you can develop mods.
A new local AI has been trained and is being used to launch various mods. This new AI examines, analyzes, corrects, and creates new mods, plus my own hands and skills in 3D, Blender, TSRW, and S3PE. Real skills that, together with the AI, will give The Sims 3 a longer lifespan. And we're going to make it all worthwhile.

general notes:
regular hairs have been flagged for random (except long braid straight), whereas it has been disabled for the hat hair
CASPs have been fixed for all hairs to prevent pigtails upon age up / naked
