MCLU: Long Distance HC’s!!
Hey y'all I’m Mercedes (Kaha on occasion oops,) and I’m here to provide the lovely Lysander, Armin, and Kentin girls with a gift! Seeing as our guys have been absolutely disregarded by Bugmoov, here’s some sweet long-distance headcanons for them <3. I hope you enjoy!
Often does video calls whenever Candy is available. Being such a patient guy, he wouldn’t mind asking her to call after her classes or whenever she’s up for it.
Has a picture of he and Candy at graduation on his nightstand. He actually has a lot more pictures of Candy on his phone rather than the both of them.
Doesn’t work at the farm. He’s working in a different city, away from Paris, to become a singer. With the help of Leigh, there are workers he’s hired to take care of the farm. Lysander visits on occasion to check on his cute lil animals.
Doesn’t use Discord, he actually uses Google Hangouts since it’s easier and less flashy to him. Even if Discord is cool, oops.
Feels video chat is much more touching than talking on the phone, he gets to see her laugh and smile that waY,,
Whenever he notices that Candy’s really down, he tries to tell her encouraging poetry he’s made of her. he’d actually visit her, surprise visit her. Even better, with Cuddles! It’s not his first time surprising her when she feels low (whether that’s about grades or the distance in general) he won’t hesitate to be there for her.
“Love doesn’t have a limit. It can go any distance.” Made it clear before either of them made it official that they were going to University that he didn’t want to break up.
Whenever it’s time for Candy to have a test and she’s REALLY nervous about, Lysander will cheer her on with a lot of texts. Just telling her that it’s okay to be nervous and to take deep breaths. Also telling her the more she stresses out, the more she’ll forget. So he’d totally call her and calm her down before then.
Actually mentions that he’s glad he doesn’t have to work on the farm. He mentions how he can’t imagine staying alone at that farm, without Candy or even any of his family, taking care of animals.
Loooves sending her cute pictures of him and Cuddles. Cuddles is a bit older now so she’s grown, not too big though. She is a chubby bunny™
Still communicates with Castiel, despite his fame, the two still talk. Cas often vents about his stresses to Lysander in his texts and Lys, as his therapist, helps him out. Though Lys can’t help but miss Castiel since he has tours to go to so conversations aren’t as long unless one of them stays up. Lysander stays up.
His mother is indeed alive. Her time is coming but Lysander often keeps her company in her own little place in the city, where Leigh lives.
Actually very good with long distance relationships. The guy has online friends and he may want to meet them one day, but he’s grateful he can still visit Candy. Even if it does suck sometimes.
Has a picture of Candy and Rocket on his nightstand. Nothing like seeing his two favorite things in the world in a frame. Aside from his family, of course;;
Doesn’t work at the IT department, works at the college. The fact that he nearly got arrested ONCE was enough to shake him up. He did try again…but then he had war flashbacks and quit. Wasn’t worth it.
Knowledgeable in five-thousand types of social media. If anything he really just has an Instagram and Discord but he isn’t active outside of those things?? He can’t handle a ton of social medias.
Loves video chat. He’s really good with any kind of chatting but he’d rather text since he can just fire text no matter where he is without worrying if he looks presentable. Though he video calls more to see Candy’s cute lil face, especially her laugh when he makes his dumb jokes.
Whenever he notices that Candy is down he’ll totally video call her with Rocket and eve make cute little voices of him saying he believes in her. He also reassures her that his money is definitely going to visit her and to think positive till then <3.
“Distance is temporary, love is permanent.” Honestly Armin doesn’t get WHY couples break up because of distance and feels they should stay together because the distance won’t be forever. He’s much better with handling the distance due to online friends, so that only makes him more sure that he can handle a long distance relationship.
Whenever it’s time for Candy to have a test and she’s REALLY nervous about it Armin would doodle a little picture of her with an arrow of “This girl can do it!”. He’s always loved how Candy encourages him and he’ll make sure to do his best for her.
Never wants to have a job somewhere he CAN’T express his passion. Armin is really serious about creating his own game, ever since he was around 13-years-old, so he’s not giving it up. It would’ve been a nightmare to work at some IT place.
Always takes really cool pictures of the designers for his game. He always loved concept art and just watching people do in on their tablets is so cool for them?? He even takes pictures of he and his team getting along.
Won’t lie he doesn’t communicate with Nathaniel as much. If Candy tells him his state he would think an intervention would be a solution for him.
Would’ve killed Alexy if he heard he lost his damn phone. He’s a patient guy but that phone costs twice the money than the damn train tickeT,
Isn’t too good with long distance. But he does have some experience with his dad being gone and video calls. Even if his dad is intimidating he still loves the guy and misses him when he goes on his missions.
Has a picture of Candy kissing his cheek on his nightstand. Really great motivation when it comes to studying! ….But also a huge distraction ooP,S
Works at the vet. He loves all the animals he gets to see, especially the puppers!! He just misses Cookie being a pupper,, so much,..
Not that good with social media? He can’t balance it out very well and is really that one guy that would just rather text through his phone. He doesn’t really have anything more than an Instagram thanks to Alexy but that’s it.
Really loves to text, honestly. He’s a bit camera shy but he loves video chatting at work to show the cute puppies and kitties, he’ll show Candy all of them if that’s what she wanted. Most of the animals love him.
Whenever it comes to calling her he realllly doesn’t get off in hours. They could Skype all night but Candy would have to remind him that they need to log off because they have school.
Whenever he notices that Candy is down he’d truly really feel bad he can’t hug her. He would tell her everything will be alright and just think about the things they can do after college, not to mention cute animals to encourage her. But really, inside, he feels bad he can’t hold her…but that’s far better than breaking up with her, right?
“You’re worth every mile between us.” To be honest Kentin, after going to the same high school as her to be closer to her, isn’t going to just break it off because of some distance. He loves Candy and no matter the miles between them, he wouldn’t ever leave her because of space.
Whenever it’s time for a test and Candy is REALLY nervous about it Kentin would totally bring up how nervous he was when he had to retake the exams. He’ll definitely remind her of her accomplishments and how she made it this far and this test won’t prevent her from going further because he knows she can do it!
Actually loves his job?? It’s something that includes puppers, nice pay, and IS NOT related to the military thank goodness,,
Would totally take pictures of he and Cookie in different places in the new city. Even likes to tease Candy of how he can’t wait to take her over there one day and go on a date <3.
Regrets not talking to a lot of his friends, really. He’s still friends with Iris, Armin, Alexy, and sometimes talks to Lysander. For the most part he sucks at replying Oops;;
Started wearing his glasses because he got tired of putting in contacts, actually is feeling MUCH better about himself nowadays so?? Yes perfectly
