Heâd never check underwear drawers, or toiletry containers, heâs pretty immature when it comes to anything feminine product wise.

Phoebe Tonkin attends the Humane Society of The United States 60th Anniversary Gala.
Hopefully she wont mind. Honestly, I donât understand why people have issues with nudity. Back home clothing was always optional. If it was a nice day, it was rare to see people wearing anything.
She might just lock herself in her room, honestly. I personally don't have a problem with nudity, I prefer it to anything else. Hmm, your old home sounds like it was fun. Well, come on. I've got wine and no pants on, time for you to join.
Of course. But I might need to go get some underwear first. Unless youâre fine with me being completely bottomless.
If you wanna be free, be free my friend. I won't oppose your nudity. Fair warning though, I don't know how Anna will react to you naked around the house.
"Hey, even if they were. Whatâre you gonna do about it, right?," said Evan rhetorically and shrugged. He was fond of Oliver and Anna. At first heâd felt like a stranger peering in from the outside, not knowing what Oliver was like at all but during the bonfire gathering, however small, heâd gotten to know Oliver just a little bit better. The fact that the bloke had offered Evan a drink and had took the trouble to obtain instead of having Evan walk over to search for the cooler himself, definitely scored big points with Evan - not that âpoints with Evanâ counted for much. He wasnât Ronnie. Evan blinked at Kennaâs crude language. He wasnât offended, no. He was just taken off-guard. He knew she could be a little tough and raw about things but he certainly didnât see that coming in relation to Ronnie. "Maybe Iâm not the sort for casual sex and dating either,â enunciated Evan as he stared at her with slightly narrowed eyes adding to the smug expression he wore so well. âIâd do some fact-checking prior to finger-pointing if I were you, sunshine,â said Evan, a grim part of him suddenly emerging unexpectedly. Evan didnât like people imposing assumptions on him. The anger that it had roused was involuntary on Evanâs behalf. But he knew not to dwell on it too much because Kenna was just stating some plain facts about Ronnie and trying to give him an insight for what he was in for should he pursue her. âI never said I was,â said Evan, responding to his own thoughts in a mutter that was barely audible. âBesides, I donât have a hard on for Ronnie,â he amended with striking confidence.
"You have such a mood?,â teased Evan. âI have to admit, I didnât think you had it in you for 'endless optimism'. Maybe they just have this inane ability to look past the more disappointing feuds in life and focus on the slightly more enlightening once. I remember hearing somewhere that life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things donât necessarily make the bad things any better but vice versa, the bad things donât necessarily spoil the good things or make it less important,â said Evan, half-surprised at the words that had tumbled out of his own mouth. He didnât take himself to be a very philosophical kind of bloke but it was true. He had heard that quote somewhere around and it stuck in his mind whenever he sought for balance for righting wrongs and evening out the dues owed by others. It was a great quote, he supposed, and it made a lot of sense. But great quotes couldnât change your hereditary instincts to have no rest until a wrong has been done justice to no matter the cost. âAnyway, Iâll bet my last penny thatâs Anna and Kaiâs lifeâs philosophy.â Evan nodded when Kenna spoke briefly of her new roommate. âI havenât seen her myself either. âHeard sheâs scarce. Not sure how she manages it with a such a dense amount of students but Iâd love to learn the secrets of it.â
"Invisible force field, duh," she said as though it was the most obvious thing in the world. It was a joke of course, seeing as she'd never actually do that and she was fairly sure Anna was way too shy to even think of being so openly affectionate in public aside from a small kiss or hug here and there with some hand holding and minor cuddling. Still, while she could be mean from time to time, she wouldn't pull something like that. "I never said you were, I'm just telling you that Ronnie isn't,â she shrugged, eyebrow raising when she could hear the irritation in his voice. She fought the smirk wanting to form on her lips, filing that little tidbit away in her mind. âIt's Kenna, and I wasn't pointing fingers, don't know why you think I am,â she says, voice light and casual in the way it got when she knew she'd gotten to someone. She didn't actively mean to do it, it was just habit by now. âWell, just for future reference, it sounded like you did,â she points out, catching his quiet muttering. âWell you definitely have something for her,â she tells him, never one to beat around the bush. "A strong something. Like, dislike, lust, admiration, whatever. It's there, pretty obviously," she shrugs.
"Everyone does to an extent. Those moods for me are incredibly, incredibly rare,â she says, shrugging and quirking an eyebrow at his words. âNow who's the one assuming things?â she asks, lips curing into her usual smirk. She shrugs again when he mentions that Anna and Kai must have the philosophy of looking for the good in life and not dwelling on the bad. She thinks maybe she could've been like that if she hadn't been through what she been through. It's not that she used her past as a crutch, of course not, that's what the drugs were for. It's that she'd seen the worst in people for as long as she could remember, only ever once seeing the good in a family that they'd moved her from too soon. It was their memory that kept her from being completely cynical, but she hardly believed that saying of the good not affecting the bad and vice versa. It had never been that way for her, at least. âI just assume they eat rays of sunshine in the morning, courtesy of Kai's dad.â she jokes, not in the mood for a deeper conversation about life philosophies than that. âWell she's a daughter of Hecate. She can probably make herself invisible if she's got a hold of her powers.â
I can steal some from my dad, he confiscates everything he finds for himself.
Of course he does. I remember when he took my stash my first year here. Remind me to find better hiding places.
Iâm always down for no pants.
Care to join me then, handsome?
That sounds absolutely fantastic, can I join?
Of course you can, my beautiful flower queen. Bring more wine because I'm nearly done with this first bottle.
Today feels like a "no pants and wine straight out of the bottle dance party" type of day.
"Oh dear," Anna sighs leaning against the tree as she slid down, frowning as she wrapped her arms around her knees. Sheâd been doing all she could to avoid just about everyone, feeling guilty for what sheâd done to Oli, he didnât even know, gods she was horrible.
Kenna had been walking around to clear her head a bit when she heard Anna's voice. She'd hardly seen her the past few days, and when she did see her, it felt off. She had started to get worried, even more so now as she spotted Anna against the tree, wearing a frown Kenna doesn't think she's ever seen on her face. She walks up slowly, a slight frown on her lips. "Anna? What's wrong?"
[She stares for a minute, before shaking her head.] Fine. Once Iâm far enough away, youâll get it back. [she promises, turning to leave.]
[She nods in agreement and waits patiently].
It just doesnât feel right letting you steal. But I canât let you go hungry. If thatâs my only option, Iâll just have to trust you.
[She stares for a minute, before shaking her head.] Fine. Once I'm far enough away, you'll get it back. [she promises, turning to leave.]
Well, I guess thatâs a fair trade. You promise to give it back, right?
You're seriously considering letting me take your voice?
[ She laughed uncontrollably by the shore after drinking something that tastes like a juice but was actually an alcoholic drink. ]
[She's walking past, pausing when she hears laughter and looking over at the source, raising an eyebrow.] You okay there?
Iâm not going to call the cops. I just feel bad for the person getting ripped off.
Look, either you come out with me, or your voice does until I'm far enough away that I'm sure the cops won't find me even if you decide to tell them. Your choice.
Laurel turned back to Kenna when she went on to mention that none of them could exactly be categorized as ânormalâ given their godly parentage and the very nature of the Academy. âNo, I guess not,â said Laurel admittedly. Laurel retained her passive expression as she attempted to size Kenna up. Kenna had a certain air of authority around her.. It was in the tone of her voice and the way she carried herself, emanating an aura that she was not one to be messed with. Despite it all, however, Laurel dismissed her intimidation. There was something about a bereaved person: they werenât quite themselves for period of their grief, they had a certain recklessness pumping through their veins that was often unfazed by little to nothing.
"Hecateâs my mum," Laurel confirmed, in a monotonous tone, rid of any clues of whether or not Laurel was fond of the fact or otherwise. "Yeah, I have," replied Laurel. She hesitated, realizing only later that Kenna was prompting her for answer on why sheâd been so evasive upon her arrival. Laurel decided not to answer her, instead, she jumped at the opportunity for a subject change. "Well, I guess not," said Laurel, smiling faintly. "Do all the parties here turnout that way?," said she as she turned towards the party and then back to Kenna.
Laurel nodded at Kennaâs response and realized the prematurity of what she had said earlier, assuming the Kenna had come here to pity her or to treat her like a charity case. âFair enough.â
"Then we're sisters," Kenna says conversationally, like it was a normal thing to find out you had a sibling you never knew about. It sort of was in the kind of life they lived, so she didn't really think about how Laurel might still be getting used to their normalcy. Kenna realized that Laurel had avoided her question, but she didn't mind it too much. Kenna didn't actually care much, to be honest. If Laurel was a loner, than she was a loner. She shake her head at Laurel's question, looking down at her cup and noticing she'd need a refill soon before she answers. "Nah. This turnout's surprisingly disappointing considering it was planned by House Dionysus. Siobhan and Killian don't look too bothered, though. I think they've got another actual party in the works," she tells her, shrugging a bit. Their specialty was parties of the wild, college frat and sorority kind, not festivals.
Kenna studied her for a moment. She seemed distant and closed off. While Kenna didn't particularly care to know all the details of her life, she liked knowing who she was living with. Anna had been an open book, so she got lucky there. But Laurel.. well she was a mystery. Knowing the basics would put her at ease. âSo what brought you to Olympus? Child of Hebe? Attack?â
"Canât say I disagree with you there," said Evan referring to when Kenna said sheâd be grossed out by Anna and Oliverâs public display of affection. Evan foresaw the words that were spoken next by Kenna. He shouldâve seen it coming, he thought. It wasnât the first time someone had teased him about his ways towards Ronnie. "Iâm just rationalizing her actions," says Evan in his defense. "And as for the latter, I donât doubt that one bit," said Evan, grinning. "Man, I would not want to be Oliver in a like situation."
"Kai?," asked Evan. "Yeah, now that you mention it, she does share that same light-hearted manner as Anna. Sheâs great though, I met her just the other day and I think theyâd get along perfectly," said Evan recalling his encounter with Kai and how he found her friendship something appreciable. Evan chuckled some when Kenna scrunched up her nose when she mentioned that Kai and Anna were always so happy and sanguine. "I take it âhappy all the timeâ gets on your nerves sometimes," observed Evan. "And, I could be wrong here but: word on the street is youâve got a new addition to your House?," queried Evan. "Its what I hear, at least. Iâve yet to meet her myself. Sâthat true?"
"Luckily for me, they're not into sucking face in public for the world to see," she said, making a face at the thought. While she virtually had no shame, Kenna herself wasn't big on PDA. She wanted to roll her eyes at Evan's defense of 'rationalizing' Ronnie's actions but refrained from doing so. She couldn't stop the small snort of amusement though. "Yeah, well you can rationalize your hard on for her all you like but that's probably as far as you're gonna get with her. Ronnie doesn't do casual sex or dating," she says absentmindedly, looking down at her nails and noticing her hands were less shaky now than they'd been. "His life would be a living hell, I can guess that much."
"That's the one," she confirms with a nod. "Oh, believe me, they do. It's cute to see when I'm in the mood for endless optimism," she says, shrugging a bit. She could swear though, that the light those two had in them could power a city. It was both something to marvel at and incredibly annoying at times. "It can't be physically possible to be so damn happy all the time, I don't get it," she tells him, shaking her head. When he asks about the new addition to House Hecate, Kenna thinks for a moment. She'd been in and out of soberness the last few days, but she could remember someone moving in. "Yeah. Yeah, Lori something. Maybe Laura, I'm not good with names. But I haven't talked to her much aside from like, one conversation," she shrugs. "She's a little rough around the edges."
