Allow me to think out loud regarding a topic that is the most important to any self-improvement journey/glow up/arc:
To have a coffee or dinner paid for by a handsome stranger, doors opened and stares and compliments abundant. The simple joys of life. All won by a look, a smile, a polite gesture, the smell of perfume or nothing at all. Sometimes it is the way I walk away from gym after a satisfying workout.
Exercising feminine energy is not about getting free stuff or getting the man, but growing into a confidence and power unlocked through simply being. There is nothing like it. I wish a course could be taught because the benefits are never ending and effortlessly reproducible.
One could ask, βSo what is it that you do?β. I can only give a clichΓ© answerβ¦be yourself. Be yourself does not mean not improving or excusing your bad behavior and poor habits. It is learning your body and what keeps it healthy and glowing. It is finding the calm in every situation and being confident in your decisions. Understanding what you want for yourself in every facet of life and relentlessly pursuing. Finding kindness for those you know, strangers and yourself. Lastly, it is knowing what does not serve you and discarding it. Knowing oneself looks different for everyone, but you see the difference in those who do.
A woman who knows herself maintains control of her life. It shows in the way she appears, speaks and behaves. When I am kind and calm the world moves for me. Kind and calm does not mean meek allowing nonsense. Grace and discernment guide my life. I am in touch with my faith, my emotions, my hormones and my time. I harness the power of my feminine and use it as my shield and wings.
