My cat say 👋 hi.
Stop. Think. Then Walk.
“The wisdom of the prudent is to give thought to their ways.” Proverbs 14:8 NIV
There is a kind of wisdom that doesn’t shout, rush or panic. It stands still, listens, considers, weighs, and then moves with power and purpose. Solomon calls it prudence. Heaven calls it maturity. And Proverbs 14:8 tells you exactly what it does. It “gives thought to its ways.”
The prudent don’t drift. They don’t make decisions out of impulse, insecurity, or irritation. They pause long enough to ask, “Lord, is this You?” This is the same wisdom that says, “The prudent see danger and take refuge, but the simple keep going and pay the penalty” (Proverbs 22:3 NIV). Wisdom doesn’t wait for the storm to hit before seeking shelter, it hears the whisper of warning and moves. And again Scripture says, “The plans of the diligent lead to profit as surely as haste leads to poverty” (Proverbs 21:5 NIV). Blessing follows diligence, loss follows haste.
Your life tomorrow will be shaped by the decisions you make today. Your peace, purpose, future, relationships, calling, all rise or fall on whether you think before you move. Be prudent. Think about your choices, your patterns, your responses, your circle, your steps before you take them.
If you want the life God promised, you must embrace the discipline God requires. Pause long enough to hear His voice. Lay your plans before Him and let Him direct your steps. Scripture seals the promise: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths” (Proverbs 3:5-6 ESV).

Thankful for those that share these views of the cosmos.
There’s no such thing as work-life balance for neurodivergent & chronically ill people.
This is because everything in my life requires work:
maintaining friendships
keeping up with my hygiene
managing bills
making money
remembering my basic needs
sleeping regularly
outputting creatively
All requires some aspect of work for me.
And when everything in your life requires work, your balance goes out the window.
If you're neurodivergent and overwhelmed — I see you.
If you're chronically ill and overwhelmed — I see you.
You're not dysfunctional.
You're not incapable.
You're doing your best.
To avoid disappointment, accept people exactly as they are, instead of idealizing about who you wish they would be.
Lissajous curve table
i dont understand what this is but its so mesmerising
The top row circles determine where the dot is on the X-axis, the left row detetmines where it is on the Y-axis. They’re used to show more complex harmonic motion

Person with a mullet wearing a muscle shirt in a garage: You might think these are some normal cowboy boots, they ain’t. These are boot scooters. [Takes wheels out of dusty boots and stomps them on the ground] If you ain’t bootin’…You ain’t scootin’. [wheels away and runs into a fridge]
It’s very important to know that when he runs into the fridge, the ceiling light turns on
