Though it will be some time before I can post anything on this blog; I don't have access to my old computer with the tablet at the moment, nor do I have access to a scanner. My eyes are a little messed up too; waiting to see if I need a new prescription, or if they work themselves out on their own over the next month.

Various random sketches; no references used. That rock was unreasonably fun to colour.
PRANG pencil crayons on printer paper. I think they’re better than the Crayolas; the colours seem more vibrant and... blendy. I don’t have a full set though :/

Snake Lady is temporarily on hold while I work on a thing...
My brother has a friend with a birthday coming up... (or maybe it’s already passed, I don’t recall...) he wants to give her a Christmas/birthday card.
He mentioned that she is a huge fan of Stitch, which sort of inspired me, so I volunteered to do a small watercolour thing to go with the card.
Uh, I’ve never actually drawn Stitch; there are some failed attempts on the first image :D I’ll be working with the sketch on the second image. Going to solidify it on the computer, print it, then trace it onto watercolour paper.
Think the sketch is done… maybe.
EDIT: Uh, not sure about the snake head ornaments. Do they even look snakey, or do they just make it too busy?

No, uh.., I need a "look at this and let me know if anything is off" person/people... preferably before I get to properly outlining this.
My biggest concerns are: The end of her tail, the part where you just begin to see her snake-spine, her snake head hair ornaments, and the perspective - I didn't draw any grids for it, its just sort of... eyeballed >U>

Also, I've never drawn snakes before, so any help on those guys. They're not supposed to be any kind in particular, but I did sort of base them off of the [green tree python]...

She was only supposed to have one pet snake/basilsk. But that space looks empty, and the first one looked lonely, so...
WIP
The torso in the first one was traced from the sketch. It was bugging me though, looked like an Eschergirl... So... some tilting, scaling, and retracing later and the second one happened.
Not completely happy with the arm, so, will be fighting with that... Also, still have to mess with the snake part. Need to study snake wiggliness, because I’m not sure if the overlap is accurate.
She was intended to have a sort of , “go on, I dare you to take one step closer!” sort of impression. Seems to have gone in the opposite direction though.
Need to do something with this...
