Hey Slash, please do me a BIG favor. Don’t look at the aytag. Not once, not until next month. I get wanting to keep tabs on community and such but right now the tag is just so full of undeserved, unfounded and plain stupid hate, that it’s not the kind of feedback you need at this moment.

You know that the people who are important are supporting you, and even willing to work in any way possible to help Aywas get out of this current snafu. We know that ‘what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger’ and that once this is over, in a week’s time, Aywas will be a better place, with more knowledge on how to best handle monetary events.

Just gotta trust your instinct and those whom you follow/know have your back, and for this once, just don’t go into the aytag, because the only thing there are a few, possibly even just one or two, users who think it’s ok to bash you without knowing even a fraction of what’s really going on.

And it’s bad for your health. And believe it or not, there’s a LOT of us who care not just about the site, but about you and your health.

I know I coulda said this in private, but i’m hoping this gets notes+support from others to show that yes, there are plenty of people who agree with this.

The Ragdoll is Sadie and that majestic beast in the Robin costume is Cato.

The dinosaur tortoise is named Delilah. She technically belongs to my brother but whatever. 

And then the bees! I know they’re not pets in the typical sense of the word, but I just got them home yesterday and I am so excited about having my own hive!(I’ll post in my bee thread on Aywas in just a minute and try and get pics of my hive that I build later.)

I have 23 chickens as well but I’m too lazy to go out and take pictures of them all.

PSD Sale-Interest Check

Yoo made this wonderful design for me and when I bought the commission slot, I also bought permission to sell PSD uses if I want. I have been asked a few times already if my Soli will be up for breedings and she wont be, but I thought about maybe selling 3-4 PSD uses, but with the restriction of no “out of lair” breedings. Would anyone be interested in that at all? If so, what pricing do you think would be fair?

gets new computer since current computer is 5 years old and slow as dirt, can’t run photoshop without massive lag…. all images are blurry on aywas on new computer.

LOL i seriously can’t win.  anyone else have a retina macbook and notice how much blurrier every image that isn’t scaled down is? it’s driving me insane already and it’s been like 2 hours ;u;

/wishes april coder had time to change site code to display retina images :’(

That’s the nature of retina, unfortunately! (I have it too.) As nice as it is for a lot of things, 200px pet images get weird in browsers. I don’t know any workaround, except I usually use my safari at 90% zoom. 

Tbh though, I got used to it really quickly though. Now other customs in browsers look too “sharp” to me. (I seriously debated returning my computer for a while though. I thought the “blurriness” was awful at first.)

(Also, If you’re having this issue in PS, which was a huge problem when I got my computer, you can boot PS in “low res” mode and still be able to make custom designs without them showing up at 100px.)
